I should have known from just calling to make an appointment what I would be walking into, on the phone the woman asked me what I would like, and I told her gel manicure.

When I arrived, I got seated with a very nice woman who started to work on my nails, I noticed that it was a little different than other times I’ve gone and I just asked her is this UV nail? The other woman who is clearly in charge interrupted and started yelling at me that that’s not what I said over the phone and now I would have to wait. I strongly apologized as I wasn’t sure of the name of what I wanted. And that I would be happy to wait as long as I had to.

When I got in front of her to get my nails done. She continued to berate me for another 10 minutes about how I didn’t call it the right name, I didn’t tell her what I wanted, what I had on my hand is different than what I want , etc. etc.

She spent most of my 45 minutes berating in front of customers so much so I felt so uncomfortable having her do my nails that mid process I left. I never write reviews as I understand people have bad days, but this was so unprofessional and so rude. I strongly suggest...

Worst nail salon I've ever been to. Such bad acrylic was used that my nails started to burn as soon as I applied the acrylic. She asked me to put my hand on uv LED lamps. When I put it on, it burned more and more, I took my hand away and she said that I should still put my hand on it. Even though I told her many times that my hand was burning, she said that this was normal and that this was the first time I had acrylic applied. are you kidding me? I've had acrylic done maybe 100 times and I've never had this feeling. And i never see that thick acrylic . It hurt so bad I told her to stop and that I didn't want it. She put a new extension on my index and middle fingers, you can see in the photo how bad it looks :) She never even offered an apology. She also took 30 dollars on top of it. It's very funny, but even though she should have said yes, no, I can't get any money, you are not happy, she also took money from me. A salon you should never go to....
