When I got in line, there was no one at the register—just a barista making drinks. After standing there for about two minutes, someone finally came out from the back, holding rolls of coins for the register. Instead of acknowledging me, he went straight to counting and organizing the change, not even a simple “I’ll be right with you.” When he finally finished, he just looked up at me without greeting me or giving any indication that he was ready to take my order.

I ordered two tiramisu lattes—one iced and one hot. Despite my order, they prepared both as iced. At that point, I was already frustrated and didn’t bother correcting them. The bakery’s interior is modern and spacious, with a cozy seating area perfect for enjoying a quick snack or catching up with friends.

Attention management! The product is phenomenal. Service needs work. The coffees take too long to make. You have 2 people working and only one is doing register and coffee. Instead of starting the drinks before taking the next customer, they keep taking customers and never start the drinks. All this while the other person is cleaning trays. I’ve seen these guys completely ignore customers while trying to solve one problem. I waited 25 minutes for a coffee because they wanted to keep attending other people before starting my coffee.
