If it were possible to give this boutique zero stars, that is what I would do. I took my teenage daughter shopping for a formal gown for a JROTC military ball she will be attending. We were greeted and began to try on several beautiful dresses. While my daughter beamed at her reflection in he mirror and was enjoying her moment to shine, I continued to pull dresses. I found a gorgeous gown with a hefty price but if it was the one she wanted and made her feel like the beautiful young woman she is, we would have left the store with said dress, not concerned with the money spent. As I approached the dressing room the owner of the store began to pull the dress from my arms and refused to allow my daughter to try this particular dress on. She insisted it was too “heavy” for her and would not elaborate any farther as to why my child was not allowed to try this dress on. It was quite apparent that she felt as though we were unable to pay for the dress. Unfortunately for her I could have and would have bought the $800 dress had it been the one my daughter chose. It was like a scene right out of pretty woman except I wasn’t wearing thigh high pleather boots and a mini skirt. I was enjoying a day with my daughter and left feeling both insulted and angry. And yes, I also left without buying anything and I will NEVER step foot in this...

This place was awesome! Me and my mom were shopping for my winter formal and loved this place out of all the other formal dress places that we have been to for all of my other formal dances. They had a good variety of dresses that were in my size and in the colors that I was wanting. The service was also amazing. We were immediately greeted, and the lady there helped us find dresses and took them to the dressing rooms for us. She offered to help me zip but I got my mom to do it (I was more comfortable with her doing it). She gave good feedback of how I looked in the dresses and what jewelry would look good with them. They were also very affordable. With the necklace, earrings, and dress, and the 20% off that we got (I think my mom had a coupon or something Idrk), it was about $145, tax and all. Would definitely go to...

We were there looking at formal dresses for my friends. I have a friend who wears a size SIX in pants, and a size SIX or EIGHT in a formal dress. She was told she was TOO BIG to try on a dress that she really loved that was a size SIX. The owner said that she “had too big of hips” and was “too big, would stretch dress out.” Absolutely disgusting customer service! My friend had tears in her eyes. They were about to make AT LEAST $400 off of us until they showed such pitiful customer...
