North park mall ridgeland, ms... If I could give a negative star review I would. Every time I come here it’s never pleasant. Today tipped me over the edge. I was craving a cookie so bad but when I walked up to the counter there were 3 employees loudly yelling at each other and not one of them even acknowledged that I was there. I waited to see if they would wrap up their conversation but no. Ordered a cookie cake for someone’s birthday and picked it up 30 mins before the party. Got home and opened it and it was very sloppy work. Colors didn’t match, birthday was spelled birtday. They started the messaging to low because of some weird design they put on the top, so they ran out of space for the name and just crunched it in there. Took it back and they wouldn’t make a new one and just scraped it off and tried to redo it. It wasn’t much better and could see the scraped icing on the bottom. Put in my order last minute, the girls were able to make my 12" cake, decorate it and get it done within an hour. I just didn't like the "hidden fees" that weren't told to me on the phone. After it was already done baking she told me it's an extra $3 for that cookie, that's fine...then when we got there, it was actually an extra $5.50 . Wished she knew the price difference before we put in our whole order.
