Well to begin with, if I could leave zero stars I would. I never leave reviews ever. But I felt this one was very necessary. So I recently went thru my baby boys things he’s 9 months old and doesn’t use a lot of his things he did when he was smaller. Anyways, everything we have is basically like new. I live in Morton, so I called before I waisted my time going up there. I asked what all they take and if I’d be able to sell it and receive the money the same day. They told me yes as long as it is in good condition and has no recalls. Ok great. The bassinet was slept in maybe a total of 10 times. Looks awesome. I loaded up the bassinet, a little seat, and several bags of clean clothes. I went in and talked to the woman and told her what I had. Her attitude began here before I even got anything out of the car. She was so rude and hurt my feelings tremendously bad. She told me the bassinet was full of stains when there clearly are no stains visible at all. I told her the sheet comes off and I even had more she could have. She didn’t care. She said “naw we can’t take that” very very rude and unprofessionally. Okay so I tried to move past it let that one go, fine. So she says the same thing about the little seat I brought. Alright, that’s fine. So I told her I had the clothes I asked about on the phone. I was never told on the phone it wasn’t until I was in the store I was told the clothes had to be name brand and in a storage bin no garbage bag. She then handed me a paper with the rules. Which is fine. Basically, what I’m getting at why didn’t who I talked to on the phone tell me this before I waisted an hour worth of my time and gas with a baby in my car. Second, why did she have to be so rude before I ever even brought anything in the store? I will NEVER step foot back in this place and make sure to tell any and everyone I know to never shop here or attempt to sell anything here. And I hate it because I was going to buy some clothes after I sold them the stuff. They’d have been getting the money right back. But I left before I started crying from how upset I was. Wish I never waisted my time going to this place. Definitely not worth it at all. Very very unprofessional and very rude and does not care at all about their customers unless you’re a stuck up white person with money is how it seemed. I wouldn’t have thought I’d be treated the way I was here especially since it’s a place for children.. Thanks...

Even after reading the mass amounts of negative reviews, I decided to give them a try... From now on, I'm going to listen to the reviews. I'm not poor or dirty by any means and that's how they made me feel. Just because my jumparoo thing had normal wear on it, they wouldn't take it. I sold it online for more then I was expecting with the wear. Js! I also brought in two baskets of clothes. (40+ pieces) half of it was never worn... I took them off their original hangers and took the tags off before I brought them there... Some of the articles of clothing that were never worn were expensive as well. I wish I could post pictures... They only picked out one pair of leggings and a dress that WAS obviously worn, offering me only $2... Told me that all the rest was too stained and worn to take... I still have the tags and hangers of the new stuff... ( Should have left them on them) and my husband and I went through every stitch of clothing inspecting them for stains and wear... Again I wish I could post pictures. What makes this worse is we live almost an hour away from this place and they told me to leave it with them because they had other people ahead of me. I informed them very clearly that I don't live close at all and they told me they will give me a call most likely the next day. So with that information i leave. I get 10 minutes away from my house and they call... First she got frustrated because I couldn't understand what she had said at first due to me driving in the boondocks, then they refuse to tell you how much over the phone... It takes a half a tank of gas round trip to go to this place, keep this in mind. So, I make it home and call them back and say I know that you can't give me a price over the phone, but could you at least say if it's worth the drive back up there since I am on my last bit of gas. They say no they can't say, so I go anyway thinking maybe it'll be worth it... No... $2 was not worth it... A simple i wouldn't come would have been nice. I will not recomend nor ever return to this place. Businesses like this are why a lot of people are going with swap shops on Facebook...

Poor customer service . This was my first time using them as I have boxes of very nice clothes , and some are barely even worn or never worn. Most are from brands like Janie and jack, Zara and HM like brands . Yet they did not accept over half of them. They also pay very little so it’s not worth it because You have to drop off and then go back the next day or few hours later to pick up . The staff has no customer service skills whatsoever . As a first timer, they didn’t even have the common sense to explain properly and when I was talking to the manager asking her what kind of stuff they usually accept so I know what to bring next time. She repeated the same things a few times acting like she was talking to some 2nd grader. I told her I am aware of the policy based on what I see on your site but it seems like whoever went through these clothes didn’t even check properly bc some are brand new clothes such as a $50 Janie and jack dress that is in perfect condition . Instead of being professional, she just continues to repeat the same policy to me . Don’t waste your time here for $20 bucks. Better to drop it off to good will or another place that will not make you feel like this . A wierd place of business for sure that I will not...
