It has been over a year since my divorce. The commitments made by Matthew Easterling remain incomplete. Matthew appears to be an expert at creating billable hours and reasons for additional motions before the court. Matthew created delays insisting that he create QDRO on insurance and other financial products where they are not applicable. If you want the real story on this guy, ask another divorce attorney in private. An honest attorney will tell you to stay clear of him and his kind.
The reply this firm provided is typical of the non-performance I have experienced with this firm. My concern has nothing to do with emotion, it has everything to do with money, money that is due this firms client. Money that Matthew Easterling signed a court document stating that her counsel (Robertson + Easterling)would produce a Qualified Domestic Relations Order to transfer to the client. if Robertson and Easterling would have performed has honorable officers of the court, this review would not be needed. Your client does not benefit from a negotiated settlement when you fail to provide the QDRO depriving your client access to money that is rightfully hers. I simply want your client to receive her monies so that this matter can be over. Your client would suffer significant tax consequences if this money were to be transferred with out QDRO that Robertson and Easterling committed to produce within 30 days of the March 202 filing. Instead of responding to my review with cheesy self promoting words , why not just produce the QDRO so your client receives her money.
Your delay tactics are not in your clients best interest, waste valuable time of a very busy court and reflect complete disrespect for all parties involved. You state you would never respond to private matters on a public forum. You might be in the wrong profession, the court is a public forum. I am referring to public documents signed by Matthew Easterling, produced and filed...

Craig and his team remained steadfast, organized, and unphased against the attempts to derail the case by the opposing side. Craig is full of integrity and advised me as if I were a family member.
