My wife bought a used iMac which ran slowly. She also couldn’t get it to pair with her other Apple devices and Cloud service. She had spent hours on the phone with Apple Support and gotten nowhere until Roy et al fixed her up. I bought an HP for my work which I misconfigured causing my Corel Draw to crash.
