When I went in the store in was hot and I knew I didn't want to be in there too long. I saw about 6 or 7 girls that worked there. No one spoke when I went in. They only had two cash registers opened and of the 2 that was open you could only go to one of them because a garment didn't have a code and they couldn't find a code for it. Anyway I got to the register for a return and the girl asked the reason and I told her because when my sister bought them someone had put a tag on it that said large but once she got home she was about to try them on and realized it was a small. So she gave them to my niece and she didn't want them so I was bringing them back. I have did returns before and no problems and today she asked for license and she went to a machine and put the ticket stuff info, the pants info and my info. Then she wrote a number down. And proceeded to do the return and asked for my info again. I thought I was applying for something with all my info being entered twice. Someone said they do that when they believe the merchandise is stolen. Really if I can't buy it l leave it. Me and all my sisters have angels for life cards and shop there maybe every week in store and on-line. I have left the lakeland store along because of bad customer service and this one doesn't seem any better. Don't look like they will be seeing us no time soon . Remember great customer service what keeps you with a job. VS please retrain the stuck up girls at both locations. Being ignorant only make me leave the store without anything and go somewhere else to shop. I love your stores but when girls think they are better than you makes you lose...

Iļø got a undue bundle, two sweatpants, and the 5/30 mists or lotions, The sign for the sweatpants say 35 dollars, Iļø checked out, and my total was 175, Iļø went back to my car because something seemed off so Iļø check my receipt and the sweat pants rung up full price, Iļø went back to the store and Iļø asked for some help and they just stood in a circle and just looked at me, Iļø asked can you come over please, Iļø asked the lady are the sweatpants 35, and she just looks at the sign and then back at me like Iām slow, and says yes, and Iļø said well Iļø just bought some n they rung up full price, instead of saying Iām sorry let me fix that for u she proceeds to say just tell them that at the cash wrap and they will fix it for you, we both walk to the cash wrap and still dry! Instead she wanted to send me through the store to look for and employee with Grey hair. CRAZY! Being from California I just see this as unprofessionally done, period. Heading to Dallas, I will try their store next, I'm sure the customer service will be better....
