But they treat me like the star I strive to be, I use to think I got special treatment but I noticed how they treat everyone with the same love and personalized suggestions and one on one experience. Jim, his wife Joan and Mrs. Anne are a near holy trinity of kindness, jewelers to the stars as the art superstars each at what they do!! You will love it here very clean, organized and friendly environment! You will leave sparkling a little more inside and as well as out! Its worth going in, tell the SHERMEL SENT YOU! (or you can say The Boy Marilyn Monroe sent me, is also away to identify me, they will love it might bless you and save you a little!) they always find a way to save me a little money!

Most importantly I am a much better jewelry maker and designer because of their insight priceless advice and sophistication to quality over all else. THE ONLY THING THATS NOT 10stars out 5 across the board, I only wish they were open longer hours!! I cant wait until my next visit. I've been to these type of stores in places in Orlando California and all over so far village beads is the best customer experience and knowledgeable about the collection and why range and variety that they have an affordable stock up to the high end genuine stones!

We had a perfect afternoon at village beads yesterday! I arranged a class for my niece and her four daughters (ages 12-17) and I have to say it was an absolutely wonderful afternoon! Ann and Joy were so great with the girls who had never done any type of beading! They helped them make good bead choices, taught them basic bead making techniques, then very patiently lead then through the process. They watched carefully, offered advice, helped when needed, and inspected to make each item was finished off properly. Each "student" made a pair of earrings and a necklace, then, they were having so much fun they also made a bracelet. This is a shop that deserves a bit of time to browse and think about what you want to create. There's a large selection of beads and all the essentials for making earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You can use the shop's tools for a nominal fee if you don't want to purchase your own (although they sell those too) or take a class, also for a fee. Some items are not priced and so be sure to ask if it's something like cord before it's measured and cut.
