Went into Rio location two days after Lorcana release to get starter decks, even called location before heading over since we'd being coming in from out of town. Girl on phone stated everything was in-stock and available. Got there and asked to see the Lorcana decks but was told no decks would be sold till the 1st of September. Was told they needed to make sure they had enough decks for a tournament, which was a tournament you needed to presign up for, tell me they should know how many decks they needed, then she offers me to enter the tournament which I knew was going on but had no interests in. The day after they took to Facebook advertising to come get your starter decks and I can't express how aggravating it is that we tried to get some just the previous day, but was told it would be almost another two weeks before they'd sell decks. We were lied to. This expirence ruined a launch I had been looking forward...

I have bought many boxes here. Have hit many big lotto cards. The staff is super friendly and was really cool with my boy who has Autism. Idk what is up with any of these negative reviews because they just seem so selfishly aimed at hurting a small local business that gives New Mexicans a safe place to play games. Ya there is not a lot of parking....this is not some corporation. Who cares as there is an entire adjacent street you can park on. On the lost caverns of ixalan release day and lorcana floodborn release it was often same few staffers on the clock busting their ends to promptly take care of customers. They could have raised the prices on all the lorcana boxes and didnt. They always try to ensure as many get a chance at product as possible. This is a grade A operation that I...

Stopped in today for a little D&D with my son and a couple of friends. There was a Pokemon event going on but there were still open tables. The people were amazing and the atmosphere was to peaceful and friendly. One of the things that I was most impressed with, was the fact that the restroom was clean and stocked and there were free feminine products for the women that go in. Good thinking on that one, I intend on bringing my wife and daughter in with me soon and it's really nice to know that they are taken care of in an emergency.
