Starbucks — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

So i had a little extra time this morning to stop by my fav place and order from the drive thru. I ordered two drinks and the new Seared Steak, Egg & Tomatillo Wrap. I trusted to be like the other items, fresh, yummy and heated so that i could enjoy my meal and being in a hurry i drove off; but, when i get into work and open the bag, what i got was the Barely eatable! I have attached a pic of my super hard, nasty looking warp. This was nothing like like the second pic that you see on the drive thru or menu on their website. I tried to call them and it rang for a full 2 min before i hung up. I am pissed that my intended breakfast is only good for the trash or as dog food. Thank you for the crappy service today! I will be calling again later!

• So i got my replacement warp and I ordered a drink, venti (I always get venti or trenta, there is no other sizes in my vocabulary) but they hand me a tall. I kindly reject it and ask for the venti. Well i am waiting for about 2 minutes and get my wrap. I look in the bag and ask them why it was still over cooked, and only slightly better than this morning. The response was, its just the setting they have for it. BFS! It is a toaster oven or microwave. it has ADJUSTABLE SETTINGS!! if i wanted an over cooked, hard as a rock tortilla and flavorless meat i would cook it at home for 1/4 the price! I am fuming at this point and rather than take it out on the drive-thru person I put the food in the passenger seat and drive off. To top it all off, I was so angry that I forgot my drink that i paid for and now i am livid. THANK YOU STARBUCKS; this was an amazing experience. Maybe next time you can put a note on your menu that says, false advertisement shown, high priced, low quality...

Do not go to this location!! I'd give 0 stars if I could. I took my daughter here for a little birthday snack and a very creepy homeless man walked in and went straight to the bathroom. I didn't think too much of it until THE SMELL of the nastiest BO hit me. My daughter needed to use the restroom and was scared to check which bathroom he was in so I checked for her. You could clearly hear the faucet streaming in his bathroom. I'm sure he was cleansing himself. 🤮 I notified the staff that I believe a homeless guy was bathing in the bathroom and they said "Yeah, he comes by all the time..." They weren't concerned with their paying customers dissatisfaction of this event in the least. They seemed bothered that I had even brought it up. And to top it off, I'd ordered a Java Chip for my son before we left because I didn't want it to melt. Waited and waited. Didn't ever hear them call my drink order, but didn't think anything of it because I was trying to visit with my daughter and avoid the awful smell coming from the bathroom, until 15 minutes goes by and still no drink. There was only one other person in there dining with us, so I went to the counter to check and the Java Chip was just sitting on the side, melted. I know they never called out my order or my name because it was very quiet in there. I asked if that was mine and the same rude lady said "Yep..."

We got to Starbucks often, just not thus location. BEWARE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NASTY HYGIENE THAT THE STAFF IS CLEARLY OK WITH. They use the same bathroom that this homeless man was bathing in and then make your drinks and food. I've honestly been sick to my stomach since I left. My daughter as well. And we don't get out much at all so this us...

I'm giving this a one-star rating and that is being awfully generous it has been probably the past year I've giving that Starbucks opportunity and every single time I have been severely disappointed recently I get there at 9 o'clock and I'm in the drive thru and they will not service me because they're closing down the reg at 9 o'clock p.m. which I think is BS when you say that you're open till 9 you should service people and plus if somebody is a paying customer and bringing money to your business you generally work with them and not just not help them so I will never ever ever ever come to this Starbucks over again I'd rather drive 15 miles down to the nearest Starbucks and avoid this one at all costs and I'm not giving this review because I think it's BS that they did that to me tonight like I said it has been for the past year that I've given this store numerous of opportunities to correct the problem that they've had from poor customer service to Burnt tasting coffee drinks from getting my order wrong from everytime I go there being disappointed but it has been one thing after another after another I think you all get the point that I'm making so I mean of course you can make your own decisions I just wanted to give you my input hope this review helps thanks for taking the time to read it have a good one...
