No phone call - they had held my pad for 2 weeks - I only wanted the charger port fixed - I did not want anyone in my accounts. Yesterday, the girl said when they got in it, they found other stuff??? It was completely dead. There would be no way to get in it without charging it so they said they could give it back but refused to unless I gave them $40. I said what for? She said for diagnostics. Then I said what is the diagnosis and she couldn't answer it. They have no hours on the door. They refuse to answer the phone when you call. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Very unprofessional. I was told on the phone that my cell screen could be replaced in 1 hour. When I went there next day, I was told it could not be ready until the next day Wednesday. Disappointed, I went back on Thursday (a full day after it was promised), and it was still not ready, needed half an hour. I took my phone and left.

Also, the shop is supposed to open at 11. When I got there at 11:30 the technician arrived right after me to open up.

Horrendous. Came in for a broken screen and left with headphone jack not working, unable to charge, screen that doesn't respond to touch and freezes every 2 minutes and a huge black bar on bottom of screen blocking home button.
