Food was delicious, hot and fast, but service may vary. Pushed the red button at 637pm didn't get an answer until 639pm. Was greeted with, "How can I help you?"& then ordered for a family of 5. I had made an error when ordering and asked to have easy ice on all drinks, no response for about 30 seconds. I said "Hello?" Intercom responded with "I am putting easy ice on ALL of your drinks." Gave total of $36.78 and asked if my order was correct on screen. I paid w/ a card. At 646pm a carhop, Destiny, came out asking for verification of my ID and card due to such a large purchase. Destiny was very polite and read my ordered back to me and went back inside and retrieve my order. Left Sonic at 652pm. I was happy with the fast readiness of food, polite and courtesy carhop- Destiny, & cleaninessly of lot. I wasn't happy with the person on the intercom's tone, lack of courtesy and not suggestive or up selling. Also I felt a bit insulted when asked for my ID for my purchase. I understand identities are stolen and verification is required and possibly this is a new regulation of Sonic, but my family and I have been going to this location for years and have never been asked to verify identity for purchases over $36

Made the order incorrectly. They failed to notify customer that there is no marinara sauce for mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks were hollow. I asked for no pickles and add lettuce and tomatoes, smasher burger had pickles and no lettuce nor tomatoes. My receipt was correct but order was wrong, manager on duty does not have the card to issue my refund of 11.26. I brought the receipt and order back. I called them the same night to inform them my order is incorrect. It took 45 minutes plus a call to corporate at 8666576642 to give me my refund. Choose a different location to avoid the frustration, this location is terrible. If i could rate "0" stars out of "5" i would.

Horrible. We had 4 items that contained beef. All of which had less then 1/4th oz. It was a smear of beef in the Tacos, burritos and Gordita. When we went to complain another family was going up to complain too. The Manager said this is as much meat corporate wants us to give. I have never had so little meat at a taco bell. He said they are the number one taco bell in new Mexico according to Corp. I said so you want to make Corp happy but not your customers. Also when on the app asked for 25 hot sauces they only have 4. One for each item. That's Corp rule as well. Horrible horrible.

Horrible. We had 4 items that contained beef. All of which had less then 1/4th oz. It was a smear of beef in the Tacos, burritos and Gordita. When we went to complain another family was going up to complain too. The Manager said this is as much meat corporate wants us to give. I have never had so little meat at a taco bell. He said they are the number one taco bell in new Mexico according to Corp. I said so you want to make Corp happy but not your customers. Also when on the app asked for 25 hot sauces they only have 4. One for each item. That's Corp rule as well. Horrible horrible.

This place is suffering and in desperate need of a turnaround. I've visited twice within the past six months and equally disappointed on both occasions. On the first visit I was hoping to grab a quick breakfast for my son before his soccer game. They appeared to be open because I could see cars in the parking lot and what appeared to be activity inside. I pulled through the drive through and waited for someone to take my order and nobody acknowledged my arrival. I googled the restaurant on my phone to confirm the hours and it should have been open. I then noticed some people inside looking at me through the drive through window. One of them was trying to put on a headset and attempted to speak to me through the drive through speaker. I could not hear them. I tried to let them know that I could not hear them and they continued to make adjustments to the headset without success. I decided to drive forward to speak to the staff face to face. They proceeded to tell me that they were not yet ready to open and that their manager hadn't arrived yet. I asked them what time they were supposed to open and they just told me again that they were waiting on their manager to arrive. I was about to leave when another staff member walked up and said they could take my order now. And I ordered a breakfast sandwich for my son with tater tots and they told me they were waiting on a shipment of tater tots.

Yesterday I visited again around noon and parked in the drive in and placed an order. Our party consisted of two vehicles with many children. We were in between activities for the day and had an hour in between to squeeze in lunch. Sonic was our pick. The other vehicle in my party parked in the drive in spot next to me could not get anyone to respond through the intercom and asked me to place their order. So I placed a second order. Neither time could I successfully pay with the card reader attached to the intercom menu. It still provided confirmation of my order and the status. The status said kitchen for the duration of my visit. Eventually it became too late for us and we needed to leave in order to make it on time to our next activity. It took over 30 minutes for a simple order and we never received any update on the status or delay from the staff inside. We ended up leaving after I checked my online banking to confirm I had not yet been charged.

I am not pleased with the quality of service here at my local Sonic. This feels like a poor representation of the community standards. I truly hope this can be turned around to reflect a better standard within...

I ordered ahead on the app. Got to the store. Stalls were all closed so I parked and checked in at the stall by the picnic tables. An employee outside said, “oh, you’re probably going to have to use itthe drive thru because our stalls are closed.” Mind you, this stall by the picnic tables had no sign on it to indicate that you could not use it. I replied, “I already checked in though and it’s just a drink.” She said, “you’re going to still need to use the drive thru [which was completely full] because there is no one to bring your drink out here.” I said, “you are out here talking to me; can’t you just go inside and grab it?” She says, “I’m on break.” I said, “okay, I see other people in there, maybe they could bring it out? Can I speak to a manager?” The manager came out and said, “May I help you with something?” I explain I’ve already checked in and I just need my drink. She tells me I will have to use the drive thru because there’s no one to bring out drinks because they are understaffed. I again pointed out that she is in fact outside talking to me and could hand me my drink. She said if I do it for you, I would have to do it for everyone. I suggested that maybe they turn off order ahead if they are going to close all the stalls. She said they aren’t closed though and I explained that I order ahead for the speed at which my drink is delivered so to order ahead and THEN GET THERE and see u have to wait in the long drive thru with people who are likely ordering food is frustrating because I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place. I then called Sonic customer service. They refunded me and I told them this location has been going downhill for years and they make want to check in on quality control. I order ahead daily from Sonic but will not go to this location every again even though it’s technically closer than others because I also called the next day and left a message for an owner to call me to discuss the treatment I received and now over a week later, I have not heard...

I got in the drive-through line which wasnt as packed as usual but still 3 cars to order. I stayed there for 8 mins in a dead stop before I pulled up to a stall They figured would be quicker but nobody responded to the button being pressed! Drive-through line was now atrocious And there were no other stalls because they are packed with teenagers hanging out. If it was in for my very picky teen who only wanted SONIC CHICKEN I would have left. Instead I decided to order online and then pull into the next available stall And notify to through the app that I have arrived. It's disappointing that there is not green Chile when ordering online only jalapenos or so I pressed the button And let them know that I placed an order online but would like to add a side of green Chile. From the time we pulled up to this time it's been 25-30 minutes Here comes my order but it is only a side of green chili. I very kindly let the car up know that I had placed an order online And told them to look at my screen it said my name and order on it! By this time my One year old is so fussy and tired in his carseat From sitting strapped for so long. At least 10 more minutes go by then I ask the carhop for a status. She goes inside and comes back not with my order but with a manager. Car hop says this is the lady who has been waiting over 30 minutes. The supervisor says, Look ma'am I don't want to argue about time but According to the order it's only been 12 minutes! SHE WAS REFERRING TO THE GREEN CHILI ADD kSE... I did not argue I was really relieved to see another car hop bringing my food to the car. He hands me the drinks / bags and I thank him and leave! Something told me to check the order so I pull over and low and behold, NO CHICKEN and the food is cold! I laugh to keep from crying because my anxiety is through the roof I was not going to get back in line and there were no available stalls so I left so very...
