Went to panda today December 2, 2021 at store number 1491. I ordered the plate with chow mein and double orange chicken due, due to the fact that they didn’t have anything else that I requested. I also ordered a Eggroll. I give the young lady a older $20 bill. After five minutes, another young lady comes to the window and explained, they could not take the 20, because register won’t except it. I took back the 20 give her another one. Five minutes later they come and give me food and I’m like that order looks way too big to be mine. so I open the bag and there’s an orange chicken bowl as well as a plate of orange chicken and chow lien. they only put one scoop of orange chicken into this plate. There was no egg roll. I gave the food back to the young lady saying I’m sorry I think this is the wrong order. I ordered the orange chicken and the chow mein plate, as well as an eggroll. this isn’t in my order. The young lady remove the orange chicken bowl and handed me back the bag and I looked at it and told her no this is not correct. I ordered the orange chicken and chow mein plate That comes with two entrées and a side this is only one helping of Orange chicken. The 2nd young lady stated that is correct and that she’s sorry At this point I just wanted to go home and asked for a refund for my food and I was informed they don’t fo refund.I asked, I haven’t left your window so why can’t you give me a refund? I was told I am not authorize. I asked to speak to a manager the 2nd young lady who originally told me my moneys to old, Came to the window and I once again said take the food I just wanna refund. Once again I was told that there is nothing they can do they don’t have the authority to give a refund and I said fine let me speak to someone who has the authority and she goes there’s no manager working today. She stated I can remake your food if you want. I would just like to have my cash and I’ll go on my way. Yeah you’ll have to come back tomorrow to get that. I asked, if she would at least put on the receipt, refund needed and circle the amount. She wrote on it refunded needed, circled the amount and handed me the receipt.
Guess I’m going back tomorrow to get the refund!!!
Oh before I end this. This isn’t the girls fault! This issue falls on the laps of management and the corporation that allows their employees to do a job without having all the tools at hand. PANDA DO BETTER BY...
Read moreI think tonight was finally the last straw with Panda Express in Rio rancho once a week once every couple weeks we go and get food there every time the food is wrong at this point we just take it and go and say the hell with it tonight didn't know the order was as wrong as it was they gave us somebody else's complete order and of course it's wrong we didn't know this till we got home took it back explain it to him and then they proceeded to make the order again and made it wrong now mind you when I went back I talked to the manager he tried to give me the old order that we had originally ordered and they didn't give us. And I told them at that point that order is over an hour old. Caitlin the server was a nightmare from the word go when we first picked up the order we asked for the extra teriyaki and extra sweet and sour sauce cuz they never put it in the bag nothing but attitude from her and then we went back still got attitude she's the one that ends up remaking the order and still makes it wrong now Justin the store manager did refund my money but at this point I placed my order roughly 7:45 it's now 9:30 and I'm getting home are you kidding me, this is beyond ridiculous I do not recommend anyone giving them your business they have an attitude of well there's no end in room dining it's all to go we don't have to hear the s* and that's our attitude when you come back they don't want to talk to you they don't want to deal with you they just want...
Read morePLEASE READ. 12/3/2020. I come here pretty often. Probably twice a month maybe? If that. I love this location a lot except for today. The doctor was long but that's not the issue because I know they can't exactly help that. I waited in the line for about 30 minutes and I finally get up to the speaker and for the girl to understand me I had to repeat it seven times..! I specifically told her I wanted a plate and then told her my entrees and for some reason she thought I meant a bowl and then told me I'd have to pay for entrees separately? Took a while for her to finally understand what I wanted. after that headache I finally get up to the window and she didn't even ring up the drink I ordered 🤦🏻♀️ I get to my house after stopping at McDonald's for the drink and I open the plate and the order is right but, It's literally everywhere 🤦🏻♀️ they didn't close the box all the way so there's noodles outside the box all over the bag covering the sauces and stuff. The noodles orange chicken and teriyaki chicken raw mixed together in one pile instead of being separate and I'm kind of picky about that stuff. It's like they didn't even try to put it together the right way like they usually do. I only live like 5 minutes away and when I got to my house it was all cold.
