I tired to pay for my elderly parent's prescription. I was informed that I could pay over the phone since I do not live in the area. I called on Saturday, June 15th. I got the worst customer service I have ever received from a pharmacy tech here. The first thing the guy said to me was "I'm surprised she said that". I asked to speak to someone else and the woman was just as bad. She informed me that they will only text for me to pay for the prescription. Guess what never got a text. I texted my mom back and called her today only to find out that Walgreens will not do either. There has to be some way to care of our elderly parent's when we are not right there. I then received a call on Friday from someone in the photo department named Cynthia M letting me know that unfortunately their machine was down. She was so kind and apologetic and very helpful.
