First time I see this doctor , I didn’t read all the paperwork or the pages of the instructions and their rules At all . They charge me $100 because I didn’t not make it and make a new appointment right away . Yes I missed it due to personal reasons . I feel like this is NOT fare charging a new patient . And their CS employee is Ruse , bit Nasty even I was in their office . I’ve seen my doctor for many years in NYC every 6 months . If I missed it I never even get charged for whatsoever How do you keep your patient and wanting to come back if you keep charging them and sending bill to her home ? This is absolutely NOT good for a clinic . They do have so many ladies employee … they cannot even make a phone call you to remind you 2 days before . They expect me to check text messages they thier computer , what a joke !! So I give you a 1 start so you can change policy , employee and change your rules for new patient or anyone . It’s the worst doctor office I have a deal with the doctor can’t tell you what to do when you have a high acid they try to overbill me I have to pay cash upfront Cibo test they told me I will be reimbursed by my insurance ,but my insurance Pay me small part of money. Dr. Nikias is amazing he has awesome bedside manner, he is an honorary family member my entire family loves him. He saved my life, i had ulcerative colitis for 14 years and from him following my treatment with a colonoscopy routinely that is what saved my life I am forever grateful to him.
