When you finally receive a call you’re disconnected multiple times and have to start all over again. You’re unable to schedule a virtual appointment with your doctor and the answering service is rude! When you finally have someone that calls the doctors office they come back with the name of someone that is totally unknown to you advising you that you have to schedule an in office appointment verses a virtual appointment with your doctor. After seeking recommendations for having a colonoscopy, from a couple of my other physicians, I decided on Dr. Lin. Glad I did as I've been very satisfied with Dr. Lin.
