The Laundry Room — Local services in River Falls

Just had a super weird experience here. Went in to get quarters and then grab my laundry from the car to start a few loads. I realized I had forgot my laundry detergent on my kitchen table so I got back in my car to grab it to return. Upon getting into my car the employee there came out and started shouting at me saying goodbye and saying a few rude things. I just moved to town and had a couple of large loads to so I just selected the nearest place to me, but after this experience where the auto assumption was that a first time customer was acting in bad nature (apparently lmao) I won’t be back. Safe to say I got my detergent from home and drove to the further laundromat in town where I had a much more normal experience without my intent assumed! Guess I learned my lesson to not make a simple mistake...

Not so much the cleaners as its who they send customers items to to be mended/ alterations. Paid $20 for 2 buttons that I still had to be sewn back on and almost a 3 inch area of inside seam had came unstitched and that was poorly done as well. I wore coat mayne 3 or 4 times but only have buttoned it couple times and 1 of the buttons she just sewn back on has already came off!! I mean I could have done almost as well...

As a motorcoach driver I find myself with the task of having to my laundry out of town wherever the tour goes and this particular laundry mat is THE..... BEST.....that I've ever gone to. Near and far. It soooo clean, no dust anywhere a play area for the kids and plenty seating for the customers, a ladies restroom anddddddd... a men restroom. Most are used by both .but not this one.
