Go anywhere else!
On my first visit, I brought my old laptop for them to fix some hardware and debug it. They returned my laptop and charger block with stickers placed on both of them that were terrible to remove. Left residue everywhere when I tried to peel them. Additionally, they lost the sleeve for my laptop!
Flash forward, I brought my fried desktop in to get checked out. They diagnosed the issue and were communicative. But a week later when I started working on my PC I realized that they returned it with a thumb screw missing from the case's glass side panel!
I stopped in shortly after that to see if they had it or could replace the whole set so I could have matching ones. A guy who was supposedly working there got up from his card game to check the back room. He looked for a minute and said they don't have anything and ran back to his card game.

Read moreExtremely poor consumer service. My first visit to get my laptop fixed went fine and the owner said the part could be ordered but it might take awhile (which I completely understand). However, when the shipping was taking much longer than expected, I called to get an update. I had to do this 3 more times because the owner/main guy was terrible at getting back to me. I even tried to find the part myself, which I did, and when I told him about it he still did nothing and proceeded to say that the first part he ordered might’ve gotten lost in delivery. But he still didn’t do anything about it or order another part. After 4 months of no progress I went to a different repair place and they were able to tell me in a manner of 5 minutes that they could have a new part in by the next week. The owner/main guys at digital brigade was not professional at all and had terrible costumer service. I would not recommend this...
Read moreSold me a shoddy/cheap power supply, then couldnt tell me why it was having problems turning on. Found out later that it was a very CHEAP power supply. Brought in another PC i was having problems with. Owner told me he would see if they had another CPU in store. Fast forward 4 days and I heard nothing. Owner claimed to have called me a few times, but I have proof to the contrary. Picked up my PC, and it didn't move from the spot I put it when i dropped it off. Took it back home and the wires that I had disconnected were still disconnected. It's clear that I would have been given more care, had I bought 4 MTG draft boxes, 3 boxes of dragon sleeves, and a commander deck. Do not go here unless you plan to spend a paycheck on trading cards and/or can afford to spend thousands of dollars on tier 1, competitive MTG decks.
