Dollar General — Local services in River Falls

Dirty, unorganized store, but, it's still way cheaper than the local grocery store in River Falls. If not for the fact I can't get down 1/2 the aisles most of the time in my wheelchair cuz there's so much merchandise sitting around to be put away, I'd give it a higher rating. Also a lot of issues with things being priced wrong, or, having no prices at all on shelves. Have talked with district/main office manage before about this, & not being able to access many aisles, but all you get are empty promises about how they will make changes, clean things up, the usual. The best thing is they have a decent variety of products, many are the big name brands & ample parking...the building itself is in poor condition with holes in the flooring...I've been there several times (different days & times) and there's always stuff in the aisles and messy shelves...the last time there, another customer & I had to wait till the cashier finished her cigarette out in the parking lot, I walked past her on my way in, so she knew for sure there was at least one customer inside...there's another dollar discount store in town that is always clean, the employees are always pleasant & often busy, their downside is few major brands. Horrible customer service. Every single time I go there, I’m waiting at least 10 min for the staff to come up to the front to help me or other customers! Like today, me & another customer in front of me were walking around the whole store looking for staff, yelling for them, & 10 min later, 2 of the staff came walking up from the back.
