I ended up getting a unit with this facility because it had the lowest promotional price and was closest to the place that I recently moved from. In order to get the discounted rate I had to put my debit card on autopay, which is fine. However, I am seriously needing to pay the rent on the unit a little bit early over the phone with an actual version because I'm having to make partial payments with two cards and you can't do that through the automated line. I called 2 days ago, eight times and left two voicemails, have received no call backs. I went to the actual facility yesterday, rather I was giving a ride because I don't have a vehicle and I've already got mobility issues which make it hard enough to get around. Nevertheless there was nobody in the office and the door was locked. Today, out of the six times that I've called already, my call was answered by a live person. Yay! Well, hold on, apparently all those calls were answered at some remote call center and not by anybody at the actual storage site. To make matters worse I was informed by one of those Representatives that they apparently no longer are servicing that particular facility which begs the question why in the hell is the number, which is specific to the physical location, being transferred to a customer service center that doesn't even handle any of their accounts or customers? New management was very visible during cleanout, I would see staff patrol property and units. They were very friendly!
