Southbound Boutique — Local services in River Oaks

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering from Southbound Boutique. My experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. I placed an order on April 2nd and didn’t receive my dress until April 28th. Jennifer, the shop owner, promised to send me a tracking number weeks ago but never did. When the dress finally arrived, I was shocked — I paid full price (over $50) for a dress that was clearly used, smelled bad, and was absolutely not in the condition advertised. Even worse, Jennifer has completely ignored all my calls and emails since the delivery. She simply blocked me!! No communication, no accountability, and no customer service whatsoever. This was a complete waste of money, and I would never recommend this shop to anyone based on how poorly they handle...

DO NOT order online from here. Can’t figure out a way to get ahold of them. I’ve tried Facebook, tiktok, Instagram, calling, and email. I ordered a purse in their online shop and it said it would take 5-8 days to arrive. Here we are on day 6 and I’ve received no word on my order and have not heard from anyone at the shop.
