My husband has used this company before spending several thousand and has had trouble but said he wanted to give them another try. Let’s just say we paid over $8,000 during the pandemic for our furniture. We slept on the floor for two months. Keep in mind I was in a car accident in November 2019 and needed my bed terribly. We just got married Feb 28th, 2020, Closed on our new home May 5th. We put this furniture order in on May 5th. They took our cash money and never told us that Ashley furniture stop making that design that we ordered. Gave us the run around every time we called. Finally, offered us a different model but made us pay more money. Told us different dates each time we called. The owner was never there. She was even on vacation, I'm sure with our cash money during this pandemic. My husband is a truck driver and leaves for five to six days at random times, we paid extra for them to deliver and put the furniture together for us and the guys told me that they were instructed to drop it off at the front door and leave. A 300 lbs. dining room table and each chair weighing 50 lbs. at least I'm sure. we ordered a wet bar that went on the lower level, I could never have carrier it there. This broke me down in tears. Then these guys came in an unmarked truck. I was so afraid. One guy was complaining the whole time about the weight of the furniture, I was confused. I thought this was his job to deliver the furniture and set it up in the customers home. This is just ridiculous. I have never been so upset with a company like I have with this one. I have spoken with my attorney and at this point he suggest that we do our best to be as patient as we can to wait for the last piece of furniture, yes that's right It is September the 16th 2020 and we are still waiting for the last piece of...

Do not get furniture here!!!! The lack of professionalism you will receive is not worth the headache. Once your money is received if anything goes wrong you will not be compensated in any way. I waited for my first purchase which was paid off to close. I was told it would be done by the end of the business day so that my new purchase could be processed. I kept reaching out to the salesperson and i was basically ignored. After almost a week later i took it upon myself to call the aproval company to see what happened and they needed to verifybank info and call took all of 5 min. Once everything was approved tge salesperson mysteriously appeared and started calling me back. Dan assured that my merchandise hadn’t been sold and all was ok. Well after 4 hrs went by on my scheduled delivery time i called. I was told by the warehouse manager that they sold my bed and wouldnt get it in for another week or so. I was already paying $99 to have the merchandise delivered two lights up the street. I was informed a king came in and not a queen.
