Furniture, Rugs & More Furniture Store — Hotel in Riverdale

I purchased a reclining couch in March of 2020 it stopped working towards the end of April before my sons birthday, I purchased a warranty but the owner and employees keep telling me they are waiting to replace it with the same couch and it is now august and the owner is never available now. The staff keeps asking for my name and number every time I call but still no resolution. I was happy about the furniture in the beginning but this is very poor service and I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Went in on January 29, 2019 and ordered a bed frame, mattress and a box spring. The price was great for all three. Here’s the best part, we were told all deliveries were at a stand still due to the “snow day” that never came.
