They do know how to speak English and say thank you when they take your money...how ever one of there own of Asian decent was very rude to me. I addressed the issue with management and they walked away and ignored me as if I didn't say anything at all. I will not be back and It is my belief that they do not particulary care for African Americans as it relates to customer service...I was a faithful customer and was totally thrown off when one of there own disrespected me and they did nothing or addressed the issue. I asked the lady is this how they address clients and they said yes...I asked her was her English good did she understand and she did...I'm like wow...as a people we have to demand Better respect when spending our money.....please it's not that serious, I know it May be convenient, but take your money some where else so that we can show them that we demand respect when it comes to spending our money....doing this will change the way they handle business...as African Americans we have...

The Asian lady who runs this store, her customer service is TRASH! Which is why her parking lot is empty and beauty masters store is FULL! IM WRITING THIS REVIEW FROM BEAUTY MASTER BC I TOOK MY MONEY ELSEWHERE! I HAVE 100s of wigs and a cheap wig cap always is a courtesy no matter how much i spend and most times im buying serveral wigs, her employess were shocked when she literally went back and forth with me about a 5cent cap that u get when u try on a wig, so i put my nails back(the most expensive nails in her store)and the rest of my items bc i will not spend my money where im not valued as a customer and ive been here plenty of times! Never again and when i walked out today the lady behind me put her items back and did not purchase anything from this raggedy place! "Beauty inside" is close by and has excellent service and so does beauty master. She will continue to lose more business! You lost a big spender! I will tell...

do not shop here if you value your worth as a black woman. I went in here to purchase a wig because I like to switch things up. The Asian attendant who guards the wigs, had the audacity to tell me I could not try on numerous wigs because she has seen me before with my son in his stroller in another beauty supply store that she worked at. I always try a lot of wigs and I never purchase any. I was so taken aback and so angry because I don't even live around here so there is no way that this lady could have seen me any where. I went on to tell her that not all black women with babies in strollers look the same. She felt the need to repeat the same sentiments. I had to walk away before I said some things I would surely regret. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
