Do yourself a favor and save yourself the frustration and just drive south a few more minutes to Fayetteville, or ANYWHERE else but here! I placed an order this morning and arrived at the store to pick it up. I checked in and went in to the customer service desk to pay for it as usual. While inside, I was called by someone who stated that she was a "manager" (Denesha listed on receipt) and very rudely said that I was messing up her time and that I was lying and not at the store and I told her where I was parked, described my car, and informed her that I was already inside, as I am almost always asked to do so when picking up an order from this store. She then told me that I was a lie and that she's the only one that fills orders at this store and that she's been doing it for a year now so it couldn't have been this store. I told her that she could check my order history and she would see that I only pick up from Jonesboro and Fayetteville and Fayetteville always brings the items to the car. She then called over another associate to validate her story and the associated said that sometimes you have to come in to pay because there's only one person working and they can't come to the phone which I agreed, that's usually the case but the "manager" unnecessarily continued to argue me down that no customer is ever asked to come inside (despite what her coworker just told her) and that all her workers bring everything to the car, load the car, and no one ever has to come inside the store to the point that I was almost in tears. She and SHE ALONE RUINED my Mother's Day with something as frivolous as admitting that she was wrong or not the only person that fills orders at this location. She berated me trying to prove her point, which was actually pointless. This store has continued to go down in customer service but this is the final straw! If this is how their "management" behaves, no wonder the store's customer service and employees have gone downhill! It's ridiculous that I have to drive 15 minutes in the opposite direction from my house to get good/fair service. I don't expect Royal Treatment. However, it is unfortunate and inconvenient that I have to go to another city to be treated with courtesy, dignity, and some professionalism when this location is literally less than 5 minutes from my house! Like I said before, do yourself a favor and just shop ANYWHERE...

I was told that the Bakery would be open at 12:00 noon this after I ask can they help me and my grand baby. So I pick up a rotisserie lemon pepper chicken of the hot box. I then continue to shop and after I finish shopping . I went to my vehicle to open the chicken for me and my grand daughter just to find out that the chicken was old . So, I took the food back to the store and showed to the cashier. Thatās when the cashier subjected that I informed the Deli about it and go get a refund. Which I did get my refund from the food and Iām very great-full for them during this .What I had problem with is that I went back to the Kroger Deli the lady with the big glass African American .She let me know that the food was from yesterday and then she went to the people at the stem table. The lady inform me that the food was old and that I pick it up from the ice box. I told her I pick it up from the hot box at 11:00am because their was no food. Well she denied it and pretty much said it was my fault for picking up there old food . I told them they need to get it to together and them being so disrespectful with their unprofessional self . The sad part is that the stem table only had 3 vegetable when I went back to tell them to check their Hot Box from sell old food at full price. So,at 12:05 noon I still couldnāt get at Hot meal only 3 container of vegetables. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am not sure if I am less satisfied with the management or with the training they provide to their employees. I called six days ago to make sure I could make my Mom's Christmas fun wish come true and have snow crab instead of our traditional turkey since Covid is keeping the rest of her family away. After a lengthy phone call with a representative I requested to pay up front but was assured I could just pick up 4 pounds of crab from Kroger so we could have a fun crab feast. When I came today to pick it up on Christmas Eve, as scheduled, and was then informed, "We don't do that". You should have seen the the obvious corporate folks that were convening in the dairy section I decided to approach , running away from their responsibility. There were three and they all went into different directions. Then the manager came up and he did not even engage in a conversation. They didn't know what to do with themselves. It was actually funny! I would have bought some lobster but it was obviously just thrown into a bin for display. Even frozen food should be handled more carefully if you want it to taste good. Marinated fish was displayed in a tray but was falling into another tray of unmarinated fish which is unacceptable. Unfortunately I did not write down the name of the person I talked to so too bad for me. I will never use this grocery store again. Shame on you! Zero Stars!! I an hust one Person! Plenty of Publix to go to. Ha....
