Food is okay but the service need work. My biggest pet peeve is someone handing you back your form of payment in a different way than recieved. If hand you my credit card, hand to hand. There should be no reason why the man at the register handed my car back by placing it on the counter, while my hand was held out to receive it. This was extremely rude to your customer. The ladies who packs the food needs to slown down and listen carefully to the customer. I asked the lady three times if the eggs rolls were vegetable egg rolls. She finally responds yes then rushes to pick up a spring roll. I advised her I would like an egg roll not the spring. She finally tells me the spring ones are veggie not the egg roll. I then asked for duck sauce and soy sauce. She just hands me duck sauce. I had to ask again for soy. Lastly the young lady that was sweeping the floor, you were not serving me. So the passive aggressive "Is there anything else you need, have a good day" was not warranted. I was polite with my simple request no need to be rude, because the other employee...
Read more2.5 stars. I think some of these reviewers have either not had real Chinese before, or ordered something completely different from me... or maybe I'm biased because i just moved to this side of town from a part of town that had the best chinese restaurant across the street. I didn't feel like driving 20 minutes so i just tried this one (China A) since it's right around the corner. It was "meh", just ok. I didn't finish it. Im not a finicky person but in comparison to my old chinese food spot, it's a LOT to be desired. I didn't try their wings so i cant comment on that. I had the bourbon chicken/house fried rice, my daughter had sesame chicken/house fried rice. It didnt taste authentic. It tasted like something i would make if i were attempting to make chinese food at home. the staff seemed like robots to me, expressionless, indifferent. its not that big of a deal. I just mentioned it because i read some comments on how great...
Read moreAbsolutely LOVE the remodel. The prices are affordable and don't hit the pocket to hard for a family of 3. They have remodeled to more of a buffet style and it's $1.50 per scoop. The lo mein is never dry, but juciy. The yellow fried rice is good. Chicken wings tender and not over cooked. Sesame chicken and general Tos chicken good flavor. The Chicken on the stick was so TENDER and full of flavor. The bourbon chicken was to hard to eat. The spring egg rolls were my leat favorite the texture was a little cream on the inside and the wrapping was thick. Sweet and sour chicke was tender and seadoned, the sauce was ok. I would definitely recommend this spot as the cost is very budget friendly. I about 3 plates (1 scoop each) lo mein and bourbon chicken, lo mein and sweet and sour chicken, fried rice and sesame chicken, 2 chicken on a stick and 2 spring rolls. Total cost...
