😡🤬😡 Unacceptable Customer Service and Possible Legal Action at Aldi 😡🤬😡

Today, I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at Aldi, which has left me feeling deeply upset and contemplating legal action for the emotional distress and mental anguish this situation has caused. I was in line to buy my items, and the cashier, a dark-skinned Black woman with long dreadlocks, had a shockingly bad attitude. As if that wasn’t enough, her supervisor, a short, light-skinned woman with golden dreadlocks, came over to assist, but she only made things worse with her own bad attitude.

This isn't the first time I’ve had a problem with this particular supervisor; in fact, I’ve encountered her rudeness on previous visits but always chose to let it go. Today, however, was the final straw. Their unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service skills were evident, and there was no attempt to de-escalate the situation or make me feel respected as a customer.

The emotional toll this incident has taken on me is substantial—I feel completely unglued right now. I am seriously considering sending Aldi a formal Notice of Intent to Sue for damages related to emotional distress and mental anguish. I expect an immediate response and resolution from Aldi’s management regarding this matter before I am forced to pursue further action.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable and, quite frankly, shouldn’t be tolerated by any customer. I hope this serves as a wake-up call to improve employee behavior and customer...

I WILL NEVER COME BACK . CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS . I pulled up to this location, grabbed a cart that was already outside & I grab it and some random man comes from nowhere to tell me “ you’re not allowed to use this cart “ . That’s like saying “ you can’t sit in the front of the bus because you’re black “ … I then spoke to a manager inside the store . Even pointed the rude man out to the manager and the manager was on the racist guys side . Aldis isn’t worth my money or to deal with...

I love Aldi's! Great quality at a good price. Check out their seasonal items that change weekly. If you see something you like, buy it then and there because there's a good chance it won't be there on your next trip.
