K. Bueno latin cafe — Restaurant in Georgia

Ok. So i never leave bad reviews but felt how this situation was handle was very unprofessional. I came in a little after 6pm and asked for a specialized order. The cashier went back and asked the cook to make the order. She came back out and stated that the cook was busy with a previous order and would take 25 to 30 minutes to get to the order. mind you the order was over easy eggs and fried cheese. But none the less its xmas eve and was understanding and patience of this fact. I told the cashier i could wait and would be in my car. I actually returned back before 25min she had locked the door. I politely reminded her that she told me that she said the cook would make what i asked if i waited. And all i got was we are closed. The thing is if you had no intention of making my order why say i want the order i would have to wait 25 to 30min. Had he just said i am unable to make any special orders this evening. I would have been understanding of this. And went somewhere else. All i wanted was to grab something decent to eat before i got on my flight to head out of town. Luckily for me there is another restaurant that open serving dominican food. I would NEVER come back. I bought a couple of my friends and a group of us was supposed to come here after the new year. I will not bring them here. Instead we'll take our business somewhere else....

BEWARE EVERYONE! I Went to try this place out and turns out NOT so good the food tasted and also looked reheated up from the day before also the lady rang my total up to $43.70 and when I paid CASH $60 she gave me $10.30 and I told her I’m MISSING more change $6! And now all of a sudden the lady got mad JUST because I asked for MY RECEIPT!! And she said come back tomorrow and I said why?? And she said so the other lady can print your receipt bc you paid cash there is NO receipt but if you pay card I CAN give you a receipt, I was BEYOND mad bc in any store or any place it DONT matter if you pay cash or card you WILL get your receipt and I kept telling her I WANT my receipt and she got mad and said you know what I’m going to charge you EXTRA for your drink because you asked for NO ice $3.99 each and I got mad and said just because I asked for no ice! You going to charge me more!? At that point I wanted to leave the food there and leave because that was RIDICULOUS and when I gave her the cash back she gave me as change I told her charge MY card I want a receipt and my $60 back !!! All of a sudden the $43.70 went up to $49.79 and I told her you went UP! I will NOT be returning here anymore this place is...

Meh the food was generally flavorless, dry, and overpriced. They didn't turn the food on the hot line which is a big food safety no-no. The chicken was very dry and easy undercooked and I literally had to put it back in the oven. No empanadas, papas, etc. The Lady behind the counter was very nice don't get me wrong and the place was drab but fairly clean.

We were going to go to a dominical spot but decided to try this place because I saw that a few people from NY vouched for the food. Being from Jersey originally I thought out would be legit based on those reviews. I was sadly mistaken and I'm not sure WHICH borough they were from in NY because that food was nasty!

There is never an excuse to stand there when it's super slow without even rotating the food to ensure that no microbes form on the top. There was visible crust on over 80 percent of it. Against my better judgement I ordered the overpriced food but I'll never go back....
