Rubens tacos — Restaurant in Riverside

RIPPED OFF!!! I've been to this restaurant 2 times now. The first time was great and food seemed inexpensive ($15 for enchilada plate and a quesadilla). Then tonight I went back again and they completely ripped me off! They overcharged me intentionally and then when my cousin asked one of the guys how much an enchilada plate costs, he said $8.99 even though we were charged $13 each plate. Then we had put in a second order which is what brought this to our attention and paid $14 for a burrito only. What they are doing is not posting the pricing and then when someone orders they are charging something different for each person. The woman that ripped us off was blowing a fit and had a complete attitude speaking in Spanish knowing that we don't speak Spanish. Seems like these people discriminate against white people and think they can rip us off and we'll shut our mouth. They still owe me $7 back! I will not be going back, they completely ripped me off and then the attitude was just unacceptable as this vampire was trying to dismiss us waving her hands for us to leave. I guess getting caught ripping people off is a bit...

this spot is dirty...the bathrooms are disgusting!!... we went to the restroom after we ordered and i wished we hadnt ...but we did...actually had issues paying because their credit card machine wasnt working... all the table were dirty...and I'm not exaggerating every single table was dirty....i ordered hey carne asada burrito and I took one bite of it and I could not take another one because it was so spicy I asked if another burrito can be made but without any spice because I could not eat it and the girl told me that she couldn't because her manager was going to get mad and he's looking through the cameras I wasn't going to argue so was just going to take it home but they ended up replacing it with another burrito which I thought was very nice of them but really why wouldn't they it was too spicy to eat long story short I wouldn't go there we will never go back and if you do go there do not use the restrooms it grosses me out to think of how dirty it is in the places that we can't see if they keep their...

The food was okay here. Nothing that would make me come again though. The reason for the two star review is because of the poor customer service and filthy dining tables (Few tables that were unoccupied and dirty) I stood at the counter to order my food and the cashier took forever to help me. They bring the food to your table if you’re dining in. When the cashier dropped off my food at my table she asked me if I wanted any hot sauce. I stated yes the red sauce. She then proceeded walk away. I waited about 5 minutes and then walked up to the cashier area to get my red sauce. The dining area is very limited to walk from the cashier area to the seating area. Specifically if you have some dim witted customer that adds an extra chair to a two chair table blocking the walk way to the dining area. It also doesn’t help that the business has some over grown plant on the barstool table hanging over into the walk way area.
