Very poor service from the moment we tried buying one of their chairs to the delivery of it. We were told multiple times all sales are final which is understandable and we ordered the chair and wanted them to deliver it it for us since if something were to happen it would be on them and not us. When delivery day came they brought the chair into the house and told us that there were 2 pieces to put together, we were a little worried since we wanted to make sure the chair wasn't damaged and it worked properly but they told us that they checked it at the store and it wall good. We still wanted to look at it ourselves but they insisted it was fine and they tried to leave in a hurry. On the bill we had to sign, we wrote it still need inspection and it was unopened in the box, then they rushed off not giving a chance for them to verify that product was in tact when we opened it after we asked them to stay. Once opened we saw to cuts on the arm of the chair, furious we ran outside to talk to them and they told us to call the store. After contacting the manager he talked to his drivers and called us back saying that they told him that we didn't want them to wait which we clearly asked them to since it was all sales were final. So the store lied saying we didn't want to inspect it with them their and the manager didn't really try to help us at all. After the first call things were heated between us and the manager, we called back after we were calm and we asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he refused in multiple ways to even let us try and contact them. I went into this store searching for a toy chest for my daughters. I walked in and I wasn’t greeted but I just continued to look around the store. I didn’t see exactly what I needed at first. A man finally asked me if I needed help after being there for about 10 minutes and I explained to him I was looking for something I can store toys in. He quickly said they don’t have that. On my way out I noticed a storage chest which looked just like a toy box. It was very small and was 75 dollars. I asked him if they had more in the back because I would need two because of the size he told me yes. I said I was going to take a picture so I can make sure i can fit two in my space. He told me I couldn’t take a picture because of policy. When I asked him to show me that policy because I’ve never heard of you not being able to take photos at a furniture store. He quickly got quite and had no response. Annoyed with how rude the man was I just told him I would rather spend my money elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this...

Do not purchase anything from this store. I learned the hard way. I purchased two brand new recliners. One week later, one of the recliners broke and I was advised that either I would need to bring the recliner back into the store or pay $50 to have them come out and repair. Since I don't have a truck, I agreed to the $50 repair. It took them six days to come out to my home and after they repaired the chair, I wrote them a check for $50 and they advised they don't take checks. The owner yelled at me even though I was never was I told that I needed cash and that they would not accept a check. I offered to pay via credit card, check or debit card as I did not have $50 cash. I was told tough. I will do the right thing and take $50 to the store and I will insist on a receipt. This store has horrible business practices, please...
