I was not going to write a review but I was compelled after thinking back on the experience. The food was good the nice young man that seated us was also great, however the woman the brought our food out brought the wrong sushi roll, which I did not order. After bringing it to her attention she admitted it was her mistake and said she would replace it. We waited but she never replaced it. Not wanting to be a hassle I asked her what was in the roll that was missed delivered to our table, she explained the ingredients and said it's really good, as if to imply that we should eat it even though we didn't order it. I had assumed that she would deduct it from the bill but no, we were charged the full price for the three rolls special. When we ask for a box to go she looked at us and said "oh your eyes were bigger than your stomach?" Like seriously? That made us feel like it bothered her that we were taking our purchased items home that we did not finish or it bothered her that we were taking our leftovers period.We ordered the three roll combo and I'm sorry that we couldn't finish it all but we did pay for it ma'am. Anyways my recommendation is make sure you're getting what you asked for although this is never happened to us it was a less than satisfactory experience. Read moreWe have been here several times, service is usually pretty good, but unfortunately, one of the young waitresses asked us if it was for dinning in or take out, we informed her it was dine in, and her attitude changed, and was like, we just sat a large party and we can't sit you, only can take your order for take out because according to her, we were going to have to wait for 2 hours. We decided to do take out, as we are looking at the menu, we saw a table open and asked her if we could wait for that table, she said no because of the large party they sat. By now I'm like, really! Myself, who serves people, realizes, thats just a bit of laziness showing. So we kept ordering for take out, when another waitresses asks us if we are going to dine in, so we told her we wanted to dine in but the young lady advised us, they were unable to accommodate us. She then said, we can sit you no problem and waived her off. We are regulars there and knew what we wanted and really didn't mind waiting for our meal. It is just unfortunate when you have someone so ready to turn away business and rudely indicate they are not trying to serve you. Definitely not good representation for their business. Read moreWe have been ordering for take out and almost always ordered the same rolls, one being the "Hot Night Roll". Everything was fine until one day when we ordered the hot night roll and some other rolls that included spicy tuna. The tuna texture was very strange, almost slimy as if there was an ingredient making it slimy. I'm a foodie and I love to cook, my guess is there was cornstarch added as a binder? If not then there was something off with their tuna that day. I decided to call and let them know about our sub par order and maybe make us something that didn't include spicy tuna or possibly explain why the tuna was that texture when it wasn't like that in any previous orders of ours. I explained to the girl on the phone our situation and she just replied with "ok" and proceeded to stay quiet. This was extremely bad customer service. Maybe they decided to change up their recipe for spicy tuna, or maybe add filler due to the high volume of orders. Either way the response and the tone that I got from the employee was horrible customer service. If it wasn't for her bad customer service I wouldn't have rated this place one star.
