Bought a dozen donuts here. The service was good and they were very friendly and pleasant to deal with,,, they made my dozen a bakers dozen + with some extra donut holes too... However the price seemed a tad expensive. But maybe it's been while since I bought donuts? What isn't more expensive these days? But seemed a little bit higher prices? Anyways I really don't care about price when buying a dozen donuts anyways... I just found that the donuts while fairly fresh, they didn't taste as awesome as I usually would expect. They tasted as if maybe the fryer grease had been a bit overused, stale, or burnt , bad , slightly rancid or something... Whatever it is when donut fry grease takes a nosedive. I think the batch I bought that day had been made in some less then best fry grease... Speaking of deep fat fry grease... It is pretty much expected that everyone uses vegetable based deep fry oils in this day and age. The best ever donuts and fried convections I ever tasted were from a place years ago that I visited that used original old school animal based lard! I don't know what happens when that real lard goes bad! But it would be nice to find a place with the ultimate decadence that still fries in lard like that! Anyways not sure if this greasy old fry oil taste was isolated or regular thing. I would probably recommend purchasing a single donut first to try out before commiting to the full dozen. That's what I will do if so am going to get donuts again anytime soon... Probably a good strategy at any donut place!?! I give them the benefit of a doubt, try for yourself and let me know how...
Read moreI’m not usually a donut person, but I do love a good breakfast croissant. I picked up two ham and cheese croissants, one for my dad and one for myself, and they were absolutely delicious! Warm, tender, and so satisfying, I thoroughly enjoyed my sandwich. The service was great, and the place was clean and well-kept. While they had an impressive variety of donuts, I stuck with the ham and cheese croissants and coffee. I’d definitely stop by again if I’m...

Cost me 4.00 dollars for two donuts I did not mind paying for but the plain donut tasted very old not fresh. So I will not be coming back I will go to Mr Blues Donuts just a mile or so...
