Updated l called in searching for a 2 item which unfortunately were not there However Tony the awesome guy who answered the phone was very kind and helpful He seems to love his job which makes me happy and I would recommend him for anyone looking for help or awe inspiring service 10/10 Tony good job
I was finally able to visit the location in person Tony greeted me kindly which kindness is in great demand these days After informing him of my interests needs and price range he knew exactly what to suggest adding different examples with comparison in a very simple and comprehensible manner I am very new to the games and Tony picked up on that In truth he could have taken advantage of the situation and encourage unnecessary purchases However he was more concerned with meeting my needs "I'm not a salesman, I'm a consultant."-Tony Because of his honesty and sincerity I now have the Elite Boxset with a unit of scouts on route to home
Minor note I had called prior to arrival so as not to impose and made a minor request for him to spray disinfectant around just to ensure "Nurgle's blessing" was present I could smell the subtle scent of it still in the air which set my mind at ease knowing that my two associates who are susceptible to the virus were taken care of Thank you Tony 10/10 + 5 bonus points for spraying...
Read moreFantastic Warhammer store, unlike any other.
Many stores allow people to randomly interrupt your games or hobby, often with their own opinions on what you should or shouldn't be doing. Usually these people are just using the store as an excuse to "hang out" somewhere and end up overrunning otherwise inviting game stores. Warhammer Riverside asks all it's patrons to be doing something hobby related if you're staying for long periods. Andrew and DJ are hobby masters who know the game and it's systems inside and out, and are always willing to help any good faith effort to step into the worlds of Warhammer. I've been in the hobby for almost 20 years, and I still learn new things every time I talk with them.

Read moreNice store, bad attitudes. Our first visit to this store was pleasant, the second seemed to be met with an ending that could be attributed to a rather unflattering way of showing off to the others painting models in the store. While I’m sure you thought we couldn’t hear you, I assure you we did. Not only was that beyond not called for, it was rude, won you no lasting points with anyone, and lost you business. This will be a store we never come to again. To make fun of someone for wishing you to have a good day? Seriously? Did you all not want a good day or did you just not like the fact that a woman said it to you? Either way, please pay attention to how you speak when you are dealing with customers...
