LA Fitness — Local services in Riverside

I am so MAD! I took the kids with me and put them in the childcare. I went and ran for 40 minutes and I came right back to get the kids. When I come in, they are feeding Brooklyn a bottle that is not hers! I told them I didn't leave her a bottle. At the time the girl didn't know who's bottle it was or how long it's been in there. Brooklyn is strictly breastfed and is only 5 months. Formula obviously wouldn't kill her nor whole milk for that matter but the fact that they didn't know or quite frankly seem to CARE is ridiculous. They said someone handed it to her to give to Brooklyn. I immediately grabbed my kids and went to get the manager. He said sorry that happened and asked if she is going to be ok? I went out to the car and called the pediatrician and my MIL which is a OB nurse. When I went back in I asked to see the bottle to smell it to make sure it wasn't bad since they didn't even know how long it's been in there. The mom of the child ended up being there and the bottle was from today so Brooklyn is obviously going to be fine. The point is they were careless. I was only gone for 40 minutes and she didn't need to eat in that time period. The fact they had no clue at the time whose bottle, how long it was in there, and what was in it is ridiculous! I called corporate and they aren't even allowed to be giving bottles or food to children while in the kids club.

Needless to say I will not be taking my kids back. When I went back in the girl that was watching Brooklyn didn't say sorry or anything. She just stared at me! If you don't care about kids, don't watch them! This was LA Fitness on Alessandro btw. I wouldn't trust my children with some of...

Was super stoked to check out this LA Fitness. Since I’m a personal training client, I like to workout in the personal training area. My sister and I were using the cable machine when the trainer Timothy came in to train someone. He told us that we couldn’t be in there because it’s reserved for people who pay for training. We told him we were personal training clients. But still told us in a rude tone that we couldn’t be there, since he was using the entire area. I went to the reception area to ask someone if we could be in there? This young lady said we could, if we weren’t interfering with their training. She kindly escorted my sister and I back to the area. After she left, the Timothy guy then said, “you can work out in this area (pointing to a small area) but you can’t use the cables because i’m using it for my trainee.” If he would’ve just said that from the beginning and wasn’t rude about it, it wouldn’t have been a big deal. Guy acted like he owned the area. I went over to the reception area again to talk to someone. I don’t like being disrespected, especially when I’m paying so much money for personal training. I asked to speak to a higher-up and we just got stared down by the people at the reception area. Felt so awkward. Spoke to one of the sales and asked if all LA Fitness locations have different contract and she said yes. Which turns out that this is false. It takes a lot for some people to go to the gym for different reasons. But this gym, in particular, was not welcoming. Get personal training here at...

I came here with high hopes that I can finally find a place where I can work out in peace and comfort knowing that my kids were in the next room playing and being watched. Boy was I wrong. Yesterday was my second day going to this gym and when I was done having my meeting with the Trainer Alex (which by the way, he was not pushy or inconsiderate at all, I would recommend him to anyone) I went to go and check on my kids at the kids center and I could not find my 2 year old son. I waited at the door to see if I could spot him running around with my oldest son (4) and I couldn't see him, so I went inside and asked the Girl where my son was and she stated "who is your son, what does he look like?" well then I freaked out and asked her if she was joking and started looking for him myself, and we couldn't find him at all. She then went into the bathrooms and found my son playing in the toilet. She then looked at me and said "Oh he's just in the bathroom and he's probably going in when the other kids are going to the bathroom....." UMMM HELLO you are supposed to be watching him not sitting at the front desk on the computer as the other lady is sitting down by the front door. It is safe to say I am NOT going back to this place. I would like to be able to work out with peace of mind, since I am paying you as well to watch my kids. It sucks because my oldest son really loves it there and I really liked...
