Worst service ever. The woman that handles everything over the phone is rude short and talks down to everyone. Finally got an appointment for they to come out. Came to look at tv three weeks after service call. Took another week to get any info. They came and picked up tv annother week later and then just never talked to us again. Two months has gone by and I call them and they say they don’t pick up tvs……well you picked up mine and gave me no information. I had to call my insurance company to find out why was happening. NEVER GOT A EMAIL FROM THEM OR MY INSURANCE. (Even thought the woman said that’s never happened) Lady kept using lingo that only her kind companies use to try to say they did everything on there end, but obviously they did nothing. I would definitely NOT...

Worst experience. Waited 2-3 weeks for them to come out. For the short guy to say he will not service it because its on a custom stand and is not taking the risk of damaging it more. Its the 2nd time he says this. He even says he told another customer the same thing because she had new flooring and wouldnt want to scratch the flooring. But hey Home depot warranty pays him for the visit. Profitable...

Stay away from this business. Had an appointment between 12-3 PM and did not call or show up. I called office, said he has been busy and running late. I ask how late she said I can’t answer that. 3 min later the service tech called and would not give me a time and that he still has one customer before me.
