I am blown away. I am a first time buyer and a special needs mom. That's putting it lightly. The house is keeping my daughter from having to be institutionalized. As a renter, I was given a 60 day notice!! Before I had time to despair, Stevie and her whole team rushed to our aid. Not only were we successful, they put up with me and my lack of time or experience with this process. They handled this with grace and politeness and also stood up to Blue Horizon Management Company, who were bullying us at the time. They tried to give me late fees for paying rent early?!
