Riverside Municipal Airport — Local services in Riverside

This airport has had complete and total disregard for the residential and school community of Victoria Grove located in the Riverside County. Their own regulations state to avoid residential and school communities as much as possible. As a resident of VG, and many others who live here have been mind-boggled that they think it is ok to be low flying over our homes all day, 7 days a week. Clearly there are no attempts to avoid flying over a highly populated residential and elementary/preschool community when we are lucky if we go 5 minutes without any of their noise pollution. What might be beneficial for them is taking away our quality of life, and safety risks involved for the residents and children of this community.

The significant increase in their flight activity, training and maneuvers over our community started January 2025 and has continued to only increase. We have reported these complaints to the airport directly and they respond with comments that they’ll look into it and what not, however it only gets worse. Unfortunately we have had to take this further into the hands of the district FAA and assembly representatives with all the stats, analytics, videos, pictures, etc. Thankfully there is now a formal case that has been opened to look into the multiple concerns arising from...
