Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Riverside

I want to start the review with a huge shoutout to Josh, who has consistently gone above and beyond every single visit. Whether it's remembering my usual order, greeting me with the most genuine enthusiasm, or just making sure every part of my experience is perfect, Josh exemplifies everything that makes Chick-fil-A's service legendary. His attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to great service make every visit feel personal and welcoming.

I cannot say enough great things about this Chick-fil-A location, and it all started with an experience that won me over completely. On one of my first visits, I accidentally arrived about four minutes after closing. The cones were already set up in the drive-thru, and I was about to leave when Wyatt, one of the managers, saw me turning away. He waved me over, personally moved the cones, and let me place my order.

After that night, this location became my go-to spot, and every Friday after work, I make it a point to stop by. The service here isn't just good--it's the best I've ever experienced at any Chick-fil-A, which is saying a lot because Chick-fil-A employees are already known for setting the gold standard in hospitality.

There are so many other incredible employees at this location who always remember me, make me feel welcome, and ensure I'm taken care of every time--I just wish I knew all their names so I could give them the recognition...

This location has no indoor dining area, and it was very windy/cold outside, so that seems like a questionable idea. The food took quite a bit longer to be ready than many other Chick-fil-A I have been to, and they don't bring the food to your table like every other Chick-fil-A fil a does. They scream your name from a window and just hope that you hear them instead 😅 The food was not even close to being hot, and about half of the food was not made in the way that it was ordered, so I had to go back to try and fix some of it. After some more waiting, the food was given to me and it was still not hot... I then realized that there were no sauces/napkins inside any of the bags, so I had to go back to the window once again and ask for the employees for them a couple of times, and I eventually received them. Surprisingly, there were 0 "thank you/my pleasure/have a nice day" spoken to me or or to any of the few customers who were ordering before me as well. I dont believe I have ever seen this at another location, and it was pretty odd since Chick-fil-A is well known for me being very good at staying on top of such mannerisms. This environment does not feel like a Chick-fil-A at all. This is easily one of my worst experiences at a Chick-fil-A overall. It was my first visit to this location this past weekend and will surely be my last. Very disappointing...

This is always my kids choice of restaurant. They love the delicious chicken here. They prefer the chick-fil-a sauce. The prices are perfect for a family of 6 in my book compared to others. They greeted me and took care of my wants and needs of my order. I order Thur drive thru so was a hot day but was in my car in AC. The restaurant was clean and smelled good. My order was very easily place with the help of the staff. Drive Thur was fast and convenient. The drinks were fresh and cold so lasted till I went home, especially being Hot 🔥.
