Stater Bros. Markets — Local services in Riverside

I work as a caregiver and I buy my patients their grocery’s for the week. I’m at the stores when the doors open at 6am. I have noticed that the Staters on La Sierra and Indiana, Lincon and Mary St. must have changed the hours for the employees that stock product. At 6am the aisles are full of boxes and employees, as well as the produce section and the meat section. What would take me 35-45 minutes now takes me well over an hour. It is hazardous trying to get around all the boxes, some of the employees try to get the boxes out of the way but in most cases I leave the basket at the end of the aisles and go back and forth depending on what I need in the aisle. I hope the changes that were made can go back to the way they were before for our safety and...

So I know what time the store closes and you already have 20 people in the store waiting to check out and as a key holder you have certain roles you must play in managing a retail Store... A: if the customer is walking rapidly to the door as you shut the door in their face and cowardly pretend not to see them, you don't deserve the key in the first place. B: you miss ast. Manager blatantly and flagrantly discriminated, as most ignorant transphobes do, against a transgender woman rushing into buy diapers and formula for a homeless family who was to ashamed to ask anyone else for help. You watched me come to the other door to read your name tag. You will be seeing me again, but sadly will not be so...

I visited Stater Bros. Store #115 this evening, as I regularly do. While browsing the meat section, a team member named D’Aura kindly approached me. She pointed out items on sale and offered to cut the meat for me. As a senior with limited grip strength, this was extremely helpful.

D’Aura cut the meat exactly how I would have done it myself and did so with a friendly, professional attitude. Her excellent service made me feel valued and appreciated.

I’ve been shopping at this location since 2010, and even if I only need milk, I choose to come here. I hope new employees can be trained to provide the same outstanding service D’Aura...
