Absolutely amazing experience with this company all around! Came across a listing of theirs for a 36” Kitchenaid range on OfferUp that seemed too good to be true (as a lot of listings are). Brand new with a 4 year warranty AND they were doing an anniversary sale for their business so it was at an additional 20% off!? After messaging them about it with quick responses from Stephanie and then seeing in person that the range was immaculate, it was a done deal. Only problem now was that it was later in the day (our bank had closed) and we lived an hour south of the business. Not to mention our schedule was crazy that week! Stephanie made a call to the owner, Joe, who not only said we wouldn’t need to pay until we received it, but also offered free delivery on the day and time of choice. What!? AMAZING. Upon delivery, so much care was taken to get the oversized range into the house (had to be completely unboxed to fit through the door, in 110° heat) then they reboxed it up to keep it safe for the time being while we finish our kitchen remodel. Within 20 minutes Joe called to ask how everything went and to help us out with activating the warranty. I’ve purchased from Magnolia Appliances twice now, and each time the experience has been excellent. Today I picked up an LG washer and dryer set, and the team did a fantastic job with delivery and installation.

The units are scratch-and-dent, but mechanically they’re in great condition. Mine came with barely any marks, and honestly, with how clumsy I am, I’d probably add those scratches myself anyway. The nice thing is you can go in store, see the exact units, and they’ll deliver the ones you choose—no surprises.

Their customer service is top-notch. Communication is clear, they never pressure you, and they’re very knowledgeable about what they carry. The products themselves are the same models you’d find at major retailers like Costco, Lowe’s, or Home Depot—I looked up my LG set and saw it at Costco for comparison.

Earlier this year, I bought a Bosch dishwasher from them (manufactured November 2024), and it’s been running beautifully ever since. That’s what gave me the confidence to come back for the washer and dryer, and I’m just as happy with this purchase.

They had CLEAR COMMUNICATION, PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, and a GENUINE CARE to help me. The delivery and install went smoothly and was on time with a smile. They showed me the controls and how to adjust everything depending on my needs. Once finished they offered me a warranty and also explained the warranty through Samsung.
