Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Riverside

Very poor customer service. Rude and disrespectful night worker, Nicole, found it very funny to tell our daughters that their establishment wasn't Subway and didn't stay open all night. Granted it was 15 minutes to closing, so I understand Nicole's frustration. And my daughters did apologize. However, being upset that customers walked in your door at 15 minutes to closing certainly did not constitute the disrespect that was given. Nor was the slamming of products (during the making of the drinks) warranted simply because Nicole was upset that she had to make drinks. If she doesn't like serving customers, maybe she should re-think having a customer service job. When I called to speak to a manager, Nicole stated that they had no managers, only an owner. And when I asked Nicole when the owner would be in, Nicole got even more upset and gave me a few choice words before hanging up on me. Grabbed an evergreen and lucky lemon punch smoothie here. The evergreen I received was basically a juice, not a smoothie. I did ask for extra sherbert, but all the times I've gotten a smoothie with extra sherbert, it's never been runny at all (I also used to work at a Juice It Up!, so I know from many previous experiences). I didn't say anything because it still tasted good. Grabbed a lucky lemon for my boyfriend and he didn't try it until we were already in the process of going home. It tasted extremely off to say the least; it tasted as if something had been added, or the blenders weren't properly cleaned, or as if the produce had gone bad. Neither of us could tell what was making it taste so horrible, but needless to say that that lucky lemon remained unfinished and went right into the trash. Employees were nice though, so no complaints there. Quite an unfortunate visit, and will make me hesitant to visit this...

10/20/21 1pm My visiting granddaughter usually goes to Jamba Juice, but none near us so we tried here, VERY disappointed, when we came in girl at the counter didn’t even acknowledge us and the girl in the back finally came out and seemed irritated she had to work, and when our drinks were ready they just set the on the counter with no thank you anything so I kept the tip I was going to leave and the drinks were terrible my was very thin and watery and my granddaughter’s was very pale mango with no taste, and we were the only customers in the store, no excuse for this kind of...
