Walked into Jack in the box to pick up an order, wasn't greeted by any of the employees, there was about 5 of them that just looked at us and kept doing what they were doing talking Spanish to eachother. I said hello a couple times and was ignored and finally caught the attention of the girl with glasses and a red shirt (supervisor I'm.guessing) she just said someone will be with you shortly. When she brought the food over and said "everything is there", but knowing better i questioned the order to double check.. She got irritated and then proceeded to open the bag and pull each item out rudely naming them and throwing them towards us.... Then when I mentioned one large soda was missing she rolled her eyes and went to get it. The service at this Jack in the Box is pathetic and if she's a supervisor she needs to be demoted because she doesn't deserve to have a supervisors job when she acts like a child. Jack in the Box needs to retrain its staff and managers!!!
I recommended AVOIDING this place and going to the Jack in the Box that's down the street on La Sierra and Hole. I'm willing to bet that all the good reviews are Bot Accounts that were paid to give 5 STARS.... Cause this...
Read moreIt's my birthday today, so husband said to just bring jack in the box during his lunch break. They didn't have his fav chicken sandwich anymore, so I paid xtra for the 3 ingredients, on 3 different sandwiches, that his fav used to contain. I ensured accuracy of order twice with 2 employees, but they lied (1 while frowning at me) so I had to go inside. At first I was ignored til a customer came in behind me to order. I explained my issues, but instead of just giving me the ingredients I paid for on the side my bag of sandwiches was snatched from me to be remade entirely wasting more time & I couldn't see what they could be doing to my food in the back. I became even more upset over how my husband won't get to eat his 1st food for today til after work now so they ruined his lunchbreak & my birthday & didn't even make up for all their mistakes. Instead I was brushed off & told I could file my complaints with corporate. I couldn't get ahold of corporate, & the online form I wasted time on wouldn't submit. I had no other means to remedy left but to file a claim with my bank, which they'll not only have to pay me back the full amount for but another $15-20 fee...
Read moreI came to this Jack in the Box around 8 PM with my dad, just wanting some curly fries. From the moment we pulled up to the speaker, the experience was terrible. A woman named Maria answered the mic with an aggressive tone, asking in slang, “You know what you want or what?”completely unprofessional and rude.
We proceeded to the window, and instead of greeting us or showing basic courtesy, she just shoved the payment machine toward us with an angry expression. My dad calmly asked, “Why are you mad?” and instead of responding, she slammed the window shut in our faces.
When I asked for her name, she pointed to her name tag and said, “You can read it,” with the same hostile attitude.
Not only was Maria rude and dismissive, but she also made it clear that this location does not care about customer service. Jack in the Box should be ashamed to have someone like this representing their brand. We’ll never be coming back here. Train your employees on how to treat people with respect. Completely...
