Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Riverside - Corona — Hotel in Riverside

Wonderful place to stay and getaway💕!!! I took a staycaytion there for about a week it was awesome!!! It is very hard to find a great hotel in Riverside!! Everyone that works there was very friendly, nice, and helpful!! Danny is the manager there and he was truly a pleasure to get to know and helped me with any concerns and issues that I had🆒

Why It Rocks?? First of all they have super nice rooms that are very Clean & Roomy!! The housekeeping does a wonderful job taking care of the rooms and hotels! They also must do maintaince quite often you can tell... The rooms have all the channels🎬! Yeahhh sweet🍦I love that soo much when you want to just chill out. Another thing that I LOVEEE is that Econo Lodge has a lovely 🌊pool right in the front. It is pretty surrounded by gardens and flowers. I am a water 👙baby so a definite bonus for me💖 I do wish that the pool would stay open a bit later it closes at 7pm which to me personally seems a bit early. I think at least 8pm or 9pm especially in the summer!! Just a thought😉 Also, and this is a huge one for me; they totally respect and protect your privacy!! Meaning they do not give out personal information to ANYONE!! Think about how detrimental that is to some people!! It is always important to me. One other thing is it is a 4 level hotel. That is not suites on the top. But you have to request it. 😘Much Love!! Definitely will be back soon and just chill or escape for a while. I highly recommend...

Hello! Upon check in to the room. I did not have a non-smoking room and only room available was for smoking. I am in riverside on business twice a month. I have allergies and cigarette smokes does not help with my allergies. I cannot remember the front desk lady name. She was very helpful and asked the last person to check in that had a family with small child to switch to my smoking room and I take the non-smoking room. The lady switched which helped because I was ready to leave the hotel. I don't understand why in a situation like that I could not be switched to a sister hotel with no further payment. I work for the airlines and airlines have sister airlines that we can accommodate customers on for no further payment. I was also willing to take a room of lesser value just to get some sleep for the night. The bathroom had black mold around the shower and in the corners of the bathroom. the vanity area had mold as well and the carpet had ink stains of blue on it. Felt very uncomfortable but what other choice did I have. Sleep in my car? Sleep in a smoking room and be bothered by allergies all night and not get sleep for training the next day? Or sleep in this room because no other room was available? I stayed in the room. But I will not be back at that Econo lodge again. I will not refer that to my business partners either. Very...

This was the worst place that I have ever stayed at. The clerk was chomping on gum upon check in and when asked if there was a bathroom, since I just got in from Arizona, she said they were only in the rooms. The gum chewing was, to me, rude and inappropriate. Upon going into my room, I noticed that there was black mold/mildew in and around the sink. Also the porcelain in the sink was busted out and the areas were rusted. When I went into the shower area, there was the same material (black) in and around the tub. The stopper for the tub was just laying in the tub since the piece it screws into was broken. I brought up the black material to the cleaning staff and they looked at it. They kind of shrugged their shoulder and said they would let maintenance know. This is a cleaning issue, not a maintenance issue. I will never stay at another one and will also inform all my friends and relatives about this place. If this is the way Econolodge runs their hotels, they need to take a hard look at themselves.
