Bad experience with who I believe is a manager based on the fact of her checking an employees purse in front of all the customers. It's unprofessional if you ask me. We can see the employees' personal belongings. If that's part of protocol, do it elsewhere, not in front of everyone in line. Anyways, I had called prior, and someone there told me they would do an even exchange for me on 2 bras in my correct size. I go in, and the manager tells me we can't do it bc it's full price now. The person on the phone knew exactly the situation and said they would do it. I guess this girl was too lazy and wanted to be a B. She wouldn't do it. I don't know her name, but she's heavy set. It looks like she rolled out of bed and doesn't comb her hair. She's lazy! I called a different store, and they are doing the exchange for me. I'll never shop at this Location again. I'm also a credit card holder for vs but things like this make me not even want to shop or deal with them if this is how they treat...

Normally this place is a 5! But for some reason today was horrible staffing. I never mind standing in line which is always around the store because my experience with staff is always helpful and friendly. Today not 1 staff member said a word to me when I entered the store, mentioned any sales/promotions going on, asked if I needed help, etc. And after standing in line, there was 3 girls at the registers but ended up being only 2 when the line was a mile long and a lady walked right up to the register to be helped when she wasn't even in line! I mentioned to the girl at the register she wasn't in line and she said she was.....which made ZERO sense to me because I was currently standing FIRST in line. When I checked out, I was asked if anyone helped me today and I said no, nobody said a word to me. And her concern was obviously fake. Not sure if they're still hiring stuck up staff or little girls still, but horrible staffing currently. ....going to think twice before entering this...

I had such a disappointing experience during the recent sale. Upon walking in, I was approached for a bra fitting, and although I don’t usually do them, I agreed. I explained to the associate that I typically wear a 38 and that I’ve been losing weight… something that’s a big deal for me personally. Instead of listening or offering guidance, she measured me over an oversized t-shirt (which isn’t accurate) and immediately dismissed what I said by telling me I was a 42 and saying “that’s funny,” in a very condescending tone.

It completely killed my experience and made me feel invalidated and judged, especially after opening up about something vulnerable. I came in excited to shop and left feeling disrespected. It truly rubbed me the wrong way, and I ended up leaving the store immediately without making a purchase. I expect better from a brand that claims to...
