Reborn Coffee — Restaurant in Riverside

Looked vacant. Saw young man playing with his large ear holes over to the left. Gross! His attitude was nice. However his paying attention to details are bad. The large cups are more equivalent to a small. My order was simple. 1 large hot latte with NO foam and not too hot. What I received was a extremely hot latte with all foam. I had errated before he made it, that I like a temperature around 130 degrees or less. I said if it's warm then that's okay too. When I received my drink, he said " If it's too hot I can add more milk ". I said, I will walk Tyler mall and drink it later if it's too hot, as I walked away....

I really used to like this place. The matcha was so good before. But this time it has made me very sick. Im not sure what changed but it sure did not taste how it used to either. The blue berry at the bottom of the cup was very very sweet and wouldnt mix in at all. For sure not wasting 8 dollars here again. I had to throw it away half way through because it was so gross it already made me feel sick by then. Couple hours later i have full blown food poisioning. Staff started cleaning and dusting and spraying cleaners right near very close while drinks are...

This place is great!! I always go after work and get the same thing (sometimes I switch it up though). But yes I cannot express in words how delicious this drink is it is fr changing my life. Plus, the workers there are all very friendly and easy to talk to. The guy with the septum IS very nice and happens to be a world class drink connoisseur. I recommend anyone passing by the area to try...
