I bought my fiance's ring here two years ago and had it resize 1 time right away because my fiance live in a different country. It turns out the size still doesn't fit her fingers perfectly but we couldn't bring it back right away because she's in another country was waiting for her paper work. But when we finally brought it last week, Sept 15. Around 6pm, we talked to a light skin lady at riverside tylermall galleria. And she said at first that it can only be reseize one time but when i bought the seller said that it can be resize as much as possible/needed. then she said after that the ring can't be resize because there are some diamonds on the side. but it didn't make sense because there was still a lot of space at bottom. and she was just trying to hussle us into trading our ring into a much more expensive one. she keeps pointing out to just buy another ring. I went again last sunday sept 17. to try and see if the lady i bought from was working on that day, but i just saw the same lady who was trying to hussle, so i didn't even bother going inside, as it would just ruin my day and i just went to church was gonna look for a matching wedding band for my fiance's ring.
So we went to a different jewelry fixer and it with no questions asked they told me that it could be resized and could be done right away. Because like i said there was still a lot of space on the bottom side of the ring.
I am just letting you know that if that's how you train your people into trying to sell items, its not good for your reputation and would not be recommending your store to anyone.
I had to pay a whole lot more just to get our ring resize when you guys says on your contract/warranty/sales report that it could be resize as...
Read moreI had such a wonderful experience at Kevin Jewelers thanks to their manager, Sandy, and her fellow associates who were so very helpful through it all!
Well, after checking out a few places before stepping into Kevin's, I just haven't found "the ring" yet until Sandy saved the day! About two months before I planned to propose, I walk into the store with my sister, show Sandy a few double halo ring pictures that my girlfriend (now fiancée!) pinned on her Pinterest, and after checking out a few that she showed me, she came out with one that was THE ONE! (Feel free to see photos where I switched it from the box to this cool diamond-shaped terrarium.) We then negotiated the best financing deal possible as she did her best to work around my budget, which made the ring totally affordable and so worth it!
Two months later, I got down on one knee after planning the the most special proposal set up and SHE SAID YES! My now fiancée LOVED the ring! The ring size was a size too big but that's where Sandy and her associates saved the day once again as I went back with my fiancée to get it resized. They were able to do it and get it back to me in less than a week, since their jeweler technician is only their Wednesdays and Saturdays. Anyways, the ring finally perfectly fits on my fiancée's hand and she couldn't be happier, especially from all the compliments she has been getting from fellow friends and family as they also give me props for picking out an incredible ring. :)
Thank you again and again to you and your team, Sandy for taking care of me as I made the easiest best decision in my life to soon marry the woman...
Read moreAround a year ago, I purchased a bracelet for my girlfriend as an anniversary gift. The sales manager (an Asian lady I forgot her name) helped me out wonderfully when it came to choosing the gift. Which was a positive and great experience for me. Unfortunately, that changed in October. My girlfriend and I were shopping at the mall and I suggested we look at engagement rings so I can have an idea of what she would definitely want. Knowing I had a great experience at Kevin's, we decided to check out what they had on display. What went from a supposed 10 min window shop turned into an hour long consultation. Yes, it was great because she knows what she wants but it sucked because at the end they were pushing to sell when we had CLEARLY said we don't want to buy today. THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL PART was when the sales manager (Asian lady) pulled me aside and said "You should buy this ring now because if you don't, some other guy will. Your woman is just like this ring. If you don't get her what she wants, another guy will and leave you and go with him." Like the audacity of this lady to say that??? That is NOT how you sell a ring. Kevin Jewelers lost my business all together. I was considering the ring they were offering but not after that disgusting, disrespectful comment.
Update: I sent them an email and phone number but they never called and only contacted by email asking what happened so I referenced my review (took a screenshot). They got back saying they’d contact someone and that’s as much that was done. Side note: the pushing to buy wasn’t to big of an issue it’s the comments...
