Taco Time — Restaurant in Riverton

Worst shift supervisor ever on Saturday Sept 17 At 8:30 pm. We called and complained about food we had gotten a couple of weeks earlier. The gal was very sweet and apologetic on September 3rd when we called in a complaint. The food was horrible and cold. Lemonade tasted like chemicals. I was sweet she was super sweet and apologetic. She took my name down and recorded the complaint and explained that we could get our money back or get have them to remake it, just bring in the receipt. When we came back two weeks later to get our refund, athe guy claiming to be a supervisor acted like he couldn't give our money back. He told someone to stop making us replacement"burritos"! We never ordered burritos! Our failed order was two super soft taco combo meals! He would not refund our money. We told him we'd come back during the day to talk to someone who knew how to deal with dissatisfied customers during the day shift. Get it together Riverton Taco Time. We have never asked for a refund after coming there for decades! We've never had to. It's always been good. Even the customer service was impeccable the night we called to explain the problem on the 3rd. But on the 17 when we came back for our refund the guy was a total jerk, good grief. Ordered my food and waited 30 min. To realize they never made it. Asked for them to start on it, then they made it wrong and I had to take it back order was at 6:03pm and I didn’t have it the way I ordered until 6:40pm. It was a to stay order so I thought they might notice us with no food for 30min. They gave me an extra free item of their choice that I did not like my wife does but she had ordered it already so the free item they gave was waisted. They also didn’t make us new food they just scraped the onion and tomato off our burrito and missed a lot of it and folded it back up and gave it back. I asked for a refund on the burrito and they said okay and then did nothing, didn’t give me proof of a refund or any cash until I told them I need some form of evidence that I’m getting a refund so they gave me cash and I paid with card. My parents ordered food and there was barely any meat and it was super cold and the tortillas were hard. We usually love taco time and have been loyal customers for years. I even have worked there at the Draper taco time. We went there tonight to get a refund because of how Horrible the food was and even called in advance to tell them what happened. The man found the complaint on his clip board and the lady we talked to previously on the phone said we could get a refund if we brought in the receipt. The man refused to give them a refund and was so rude! He yelled at us even though we just calmly told him what happened. Riverton Taco time employees are terrible and so rude!
