Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Roanoke

Last Sunday 6/23/24 I resently moved was out of town. Came home and needed dog food. I quickly pulled up nearest lication in was Roanoke lication. I could make it before close if I hurried 18 minutes away. I pulled up still had 4 minutes. Went to the doir and it was locked. Tapped on it the lady just ignored me. Tapped again she walked over and pointed to hours on door. I said I understand but I still have for minutes. I need to grab dog food real fast. Woman looked at the other worker and he agreed I was correct on the time she huffed and she told me to run and hurry.. I’m 56 years old. I ran run but isn't that against all safety measures. As I was not even half way I heard a very loud sound behind me. Shr literally threw something or slam something down. You’ll have to check the cameras, but I guarantee that’s what she did. I could tell by the sound. I never am one to show up right before closing. This was an emergency food run. Extra dog had been eating from the bag I had, so it didn't last as long. Was gone came home and my dog wasn’t going to have food. The way I was treated at this lication was horriable customer relations. One it was not 7 pm. I’m not sure if she’s was the manager, but she definitely was over the other guy because he’s the one that checked me out.. You can check video and I’m willing to bet you will see everything as I just stated. I usually use Bartonville, but recently moved. If this is the service this location has managing this location. I will find somewhere else to give my regular business to. I’m sure this lady isn't the best suited person for muchless a lead person and most certainly not management. Clising any store as big as tractor supply is most likely a huge thing you should never do. I tried to contact headquorters ended up contacting the wrong place. So hopefully the right person will see the way this lady acted last Sunday and deside if that's someone they think is deserving of any position. For the lady sorry if I caused you to be late to anything. That was not my intentions. You have an anger problem if me showing up 4 minutes before closing is something that causes you to act as you did. What an an embarrassment to you as well as to...

why is this such a terrible location? for being in Roanoke, you'd think this was top tier... it's not.

the cashier had the personality of a door knob, well to be fair - an unpolished door knob. I walked into the store, stood in line, and stated 'I have an online pickup,' she said "okay," then walked out the garden center doors... the other two customers in line were as confused as I was... she returned and told me to go to the loading dock... drove around the building, not marked whatsoever, and there are two possible doors... was greeted and asked to back my vehicle up for loading... good thing the box for my item (that was supposed to be delivered the previous day) was wet, damaged box, and yes... had a bird dropping - that means it's lucky, right?

I called ahead to the store on 377 to make sure the 1/2 hour drive was not wasted and the guy said that they did have the size belt I needed. Belt in the bin was a different color and in different packaging than all the other belts in that section but to the representative, that bin location had something in it so that something had to be what was described on the bin tag. It was only 28 inches too long. Would have taken 5 seconds more to reach in and look at the packging to see the 122" in big bold letters. Incompetence runs rampant. I hauled butt to the store on 407 and they closed early, just because, no explanation when I stood at the door after finally locating a number and they suprisingly still answered at 8:59, considering they ignored the knocks.
