Having moved from California to Texas we noticed a massive difference between the quality and service of MOD pizza’s in LA compared to DFW area!!!
We were so excited to see they had MOD pizza’s here, until we visited this MOD (3101 Heritage Trace Pkwy Ste 105, Fort Worth, TX 76177). No one cared we even walked in, the pizza wasn’t even hot in the middle even after it took 25 minutes to cook!
Then they built a MOD in Roanoke and we thought, ok let’s give this one a try, maybe they are better. NOPE!
We tried them 3 different times and each time was worse than the last experience!!! Each time, we gave them a break saying, it was growing pains. But after several months, they still could even complete a simply mobile order or call in order!!! Each time, they either lost the order and didn’t complete it, or made one pizza but forgot another. Which leads me to think then it must be bad management!
The last time was the straw that broke the camels back. We did a mobile order and they hadn’t even started cooking the second pizza while the first one (within the same order) was already cooked and dying in the window. That’s when I said, please just reading my money.
The manager offered a free pizza next time for the inconvenience, but I declined. What’s the point?! If you can’t get a simple order correct after 3 visits, you are not worth my time or business!!!
The conclusion is, the MOD pizzas in DFW area are HORRIBLE!!! Sadly, it takes years to earn a customer and in this case, 5 visits in all to loose a customer...
Read moreI know this location just opened and I’m not sure how long, but wow this service was awful! I’m not one to review and I give a lot of grace to food service employees, but we were in line 40 minutes only to be told they were very low on mozzarella cheese… we decided to see what we could get since we’re tired and hungry from a long day. We were able to get a small amount of mozzarella, globs of ricotta and half cooked pizzas that were cold since there was no real leadership in that place. They also had half of the ingredients not out all because they had no system going.
I’ve worked in the food business when I was a teen as well and I have never seen such chaos. Too many young teens working and some employees were in there TRYING, but then they would just sit and argue and play the blame game. A few of the kids in there had terrible attitudes after we were both very kind and patient with them as well.
Our pizzas sat after barely being cooked for another 10 minutes and we couldn’t even get ranch.
After all that wait not one of our pizzas we’re comped or discounted.. pictures below have bites so we made sure it was decent enough before trying to pick up something else.
We also came home, added our own mozzarella and had to cook them.
Get some real leaders here!! I get it, it was busy and you run out of things but some kind of error happened to run out of mozzarella on a Saturday night.
Can’t believe we paid $24 for pizza we had to doctor up at home… I’ll be...
Read moreWaited in line for about what 30 minutes which is ridiculous. Seeing the staff doing I don't know what. The cash register lady ( Kid ) just was leaning on the register mad, no care in the world, the dough press lady ( Kid ) lip curved to the top of her head ( Kid ) no care, a long with two others..... Nobody has a name tag to identify who is who. A guy comes from the back sees me and my brother and said are you guys ok. We said so far no but what is going on. We explain to him that the coworkers of his messed up our order THREE TIMES and the cash register girl gets mad and another young girl gets mad and tried to tell him to do something else. Well much respect for this young man Paris. He told both of them something " You guys just got here go to work " they got mad or something but he made sure he took care of both of us and we think he left for the day due to the amount of stress from an unorganized staff. And for a person to deal with young folks I can understand it can be stressful but this place I would prefer Pizza Hut's Buffet. They need to hire ...
